Here in Indiana, the local school district can find nothing wrong with a 5th grade black boy pummeling a kindergarten white boy while chanting "White is the enemy". The kindergartners arms were totally black and blue. A week later the black boys 3rd grade cousin slammed the same kindergartner into a metal pole, breaking two teeth and causing a nose bleed. The parents of the kindergartner were told that they needed to understand what these black kids have been through.. I know this story well, the kindergartner was my son (still is, just no longer in kindergarten). The Superintendent met with us and took down a complaint, then claimed we were never there and never filed it and the time to file had passed a month later. Now we are forced to pay tuition simply to make sure my son is safe.

I truely find it STUPID that Americans are fighting each other! All Americans have 1 common enemy, ILLEGALS...but Illegals get "let go" and "ignored", because all the Unnecessary tension between Americans..

And guess what, The Illegals are LAUGHING at Americans, because as they(The Illegals) Slip on by, we are CLUELESS because we are fighting with each other!..

Point being, STOP being Ignorant, Get a darn clue and FOCUS on the REAL drain on our American society...

Americans are acting like hardcore ADHD children, who cant focus, act obnoxious and act on impulse...NOT at ALL what Intelligent Adults would or should behave like...

By the time Americans stop the bickering with other Americans, the U.S.A will be ran by Illegals who WILL strip us ALL of Our American rights!

This has nothing to do with Barack Obama. This is a problem that is ingrained in our society and we need to come together to fix it. That means providing better education and job opportunities to those less fortunate than us, well me at least, since that is the only way we'll break the cycle.

The hell it doesn't have anything to do with Barack Hussain. He opened his big mouth saying "That could have been my son" nonsense. Yeah, that shows just how neutral he is when it comes to race. As far as providing education, I thought everyone was entitled to an education. Who do you know that got denied an education?

So Obama is responsible for the Black on White violence in the post HAPPY2BME quoted, the one by cayla99? Because that's what I was referring too.

And you're right. Everyone is entitled to an education. Does that mean everyone receives the same level/quality of education in this country? Because that's what I was referring too.

I am saying Hussain doesnt care about black on white violence. Yet in this case where this black kid got killed he went right to the media yapping about it. Yes I do believe everybody gets a fair shot at education. Some people would just rather not take advantage of it, and then go and blame everybody else when their life dosent turn out like they want.

The DOJ doesn't prosecute Black on white crime. But they are in force in Florida.

This post has so many reads because I have taken some steps to circulate this article and my response beneath it.

I am gauging responses here and abroad as I prepare something for possible release on Monday that will be a very charged issue.

Holder Reveals Underlying Racism in DOJ Treatment of Black Panther Case

Though evidence of racism in the Justice Department has been evident for some time, Attorney General Eric Holder finally admitted to it on March 1, when he confessed that the Department was lax in the voter-intimidation case against members of the New Black Panther Party because they are African American. Politico reports: "Holder’s frustration over the criticism became evident during a House Appropriations subcommittee hearing as Rep. John Culberson (R-Texas) accused the Justice Department of failing to cooperate with a Civil Rights Commission investigation into the handling of the 2008 incident in which Black Panthers in intimidating outfits and wielding a club stood outside a polling place in Philadelphia." Allegations that the Justice Department failed to cooperate with the Civil Rights Commission Investigation were leveled by Christopher Coates, the former voting chief for the Civil Rights Division of the Department of Justice. On September 24, Coates gave testimony before the same commission indicating that the Justice Department had a different attitude toward civil rights violations against black Americans than it did toward violations against white Americans. According to Coates, the Justice Department bowed to pressures to dismiss the voter intimidation case from the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) as well as from individuals within the Justice Department. Prior to the accusations of Coates, J. Christian Adams testified in July 2010 against the Justice Department, asserting that the agency bore hostility toward taking cases where perpetrators were black and the victims were white. According to Fox News, Adams quit over the handling of the voter-intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party, and "accused his former employer of instructing attorneys in the civil rights division to ignore cases that involved black defendants and white victims." Adams added, "We abetted wrongdoing and abandoned law-abiding citizens." Of the Justice Department’s handling of the voter-intimidation case, The New American’s Bruce Walker wrote: The case exposes the problems caused when government tries to especially protect a certain class of citizens. The supporters of those departments and bureaus tasked to protect those particular citizens almost inevitably are special interest organizations such as the NAACP. And it is not unusual for bureaucrats to leave government for a cushy job in one of those special-interest firms. The relationship, almost inevitably, becomes incestuous. This grows, over time, into an institutional bias which seems quite natural to those who inhabit the closed world of advocacy for these special classes of citizens. On March 1, Holder not only defended the Justice Department’s handling of the case, but appeared personally offended by statements provided by former Democratic activist Bartle Bull, who called the Black Panther case the most blatant example of voter intimidation he had witnessed in his career. Holder retorted, Think about that. When you compare what people endured in the South in the 60s to try to get the right to vote for African Americans, and to compare what people were subjected to there to what happened in Philadelphia — which was inappropriate, certainly ... to describe it in those terms I think does a great disservice to people who put their lives on the line, who risked all, for my people. Holder continued to make it a personal issue as he touted the role his sister-in-law played in the integration of the University of Alabama, adding, To compare that kind of courage, that kind of action, and to say that the Black Panther incident — wrong thought it might be — [is] somehow greater in magnitude or is of greater concern to us, historically, I think just flies in the face of history and the facts. When Rep. Culberson insisted, “There’s clearly evidence, overwhelming evidence, that your Department of Justice refuses to protect the rights of anybody other than African Americans to vote,” Holder outright denied it: “I would disagree very vehemently with the notion that there’s overwhelming evidence that that is in fact true. This Department of Justice does not enforce the law in a race-conscious way.” The New American
