The truth about voter fraud

Eric Holder is an angry man. That’s not exactly news, but he is even angrier than usual now thanks to Texas having their voter ID law upheld by the Supreme Court. Holder argues that voter ID laws amount to the suppression of minority voters, which on its face is absurd.
Identification is needed to buy liquor, to get government assistance, to rent apartments, to fly and of course to drive, but Holder seems to believe that minorities can’t manage to have an ID with which to vote. That ridiculous argument fairly drips with condescension.
In 2013, thirty states considered legislation regarding voter ID laws. Many of these states incurred the wrath of Holder’s highly politicized, if not racist, Department of Justice. Several have been sued by our federal government over their attempts to preserve the integrity of the vote.
Now why would our federal government object to making sure our most sacred right is protected and that votes are cast only once and only by living American citizens? Could it be that the Democrats control the government and deeply fear a reduction in voter fraud rather than welcome it? Even Mexico, one of the most corrupt governments in the world, requires its citizens show an ID to vote.
Surely the incentive to require an ID to vote increased after numerous questions arose regarding the 2012 election. There were one hundred and sixty counties in nineteen states with over one hundred percent voter registration. Ohio, a crucial swing state, had multiple counties with more registered voters than residents, according to Ohio’s Secretary of State.
In Florida, another crucial swing state, there are multiple organizations under investigation for voter registration fraud including the Florida New Majority Education Fund, the Democrat Party of Florida and the National Council of La Raza, all left wing groups.
Something else worthy of consideration in this debate is that Obama lost in 2012 in every state that had voter ID laws.
Democrats love to say there is no voter fraud. No, there is no man-made global warming, but there is plenty of voter fraud. True The Vote, one of the most egregiously abused organizations by the IRS targeting scheme begs to differ. They have done diligent research and have determined that as of 2012 forty-six states have prosecuted or convicted cases of voter fraud.
It also discovered that there are twenty-four million invalid voter registrations with 1.8 million dead voters still on voter rolls and nearly three million voters registered in multiple states.
Here’s another fact: according to the Washington Post seventy-four percent of Americans approve of voter ID laws and Pew Research Center finds that seventy-one percent of Hispanics support them.
We all heard the claims after the 2012 election; unions bussing voters from precinct to precinct and voting machines switching Romney votes to Obama (never vice-versa), so why didn’t the RNC challenge some of the irregularities?
They weren’t challenged after or prevented before because in 1982 the RNC and the DNC entered into a decree that seriously limited the RNC’s ability nationally to engage or assist in voter fraud prevention unless they first obtained permission from the court. This was the result of action brought against the RNC by the DNC in 1981 where the DNC alleged the RNC had targeted minority voters to intimidate them, violating the Voting Rights Act of 1965. The RNC had allegedly created a voter challenge list by mailing sample ballots to registered voters in precincts with a high concentration of minorities and if they came back as undeliverable they would be added to a list of votes to challenge.
Liberal Judge Dickinson R. Debovoise has presided over this case and every subsequent appeal to end and/or modify that decree. He flat out refuses to lift the ban. It prevents the RNC from giving any directions or permitting their employees to campaign within restricted polling places or even to inquire prospective voters regarding their qualifications to vote before entering the polling place.
They are also not allowed to undertake ballot security activities in polling places or election districts where the racial or ethnic make-up of the district could be a factor in the election.
The decree was actually expanded in 1987 to include not only the prohibition of the RNC from engaging in basic ballot security activities, but in ballot integrity activities as well as other efforts that could help prevent voter fraud.
This decree will not expire until 2017. It would appear the Democrats are doing all they can to take advantage of the more helpless than hapless RNC in the matter of vote integrity before the decree expires and more voter ID laws are enacted to ensure clean elections.
That is why the left fights voter ID laws and pushes for online voting, same day registration and early and absent voting.
Fraud is part of the Democrats “ground game”, an important aspect of their “get out the vote” effort. It must be combated by strict voter ID laws in every state and the RNC employing a bigger, better, legitimate “ground game”. Returning to paper ballots in duplicate would also help ensure free and fair elections. Push your state legislators to adopt these measures. Quite literally, America’s future depends on it.

But in reaction to a report about possible voter fraud in Cook County, Limbaugh suspected that––voter fraud––must be a big reason for them continuing to win.
Limbaugh cited polls, as well as less-than-impressive book sales for Hillary Clinton and Andrew Cuomo‘s recent books, to say Democrats aren’t as popular as the media might build them up to be. Of the left in general, Limbaugh said, “They don’t have any audience on their cable news shows. They’re not these rock star, popular, admirable figures that people run around emulating and wish they were like.”
And to him, for some Democrats to be doing well in their elections so far “doesn’t make any sense.” And while he didn’t directly blame voter fraud in every case for Democrats holding power, Limbaugh did say 1) “that kind of stuff is happening all over the country, I’m convinced of it,” and 2) “I’m really starting to be curious about the degree, the amount of voter fraud taking place out there.”

As Democrats try to deny the veracity of Republican worries about electoral cheating, it appears things in 2014 are off to an early start now that a rigged voting booth has been identified in early voting in Illinois.
You know it’s a bad day when you try to vote for yourself, and the machine records your vote for your opponent, but such was the lot of Jim Moynihan, Republican candidate for state representative in Cook County, Illinois.The conservative website Illinois Review reported that “While using a touch screen voting machine in Schaumburg, Moynihan voted for several races on the ballot, only to find that whenever he voted for a Republican candidate, the machine registered the vote for a Democrat in the same race. He notified the election judge at his polling place and demonstrated that it continued to cast a vote for the opposing candidate’s party. Moynihan was eventually allowed to vote for Republican candidates, including his own race.As faithful as “the dog ate my homework” came the chorus, it was a “calibration error”.Cook County Clerk’s Office Deputy Communications Director Jim Scalzitti, told Illinois Watchdog, the machine was taken out of service and tested.Yes. It’s always a calibration error.
“This was a calibration error of the touch-screen on the machine,” Scalzitti said. “When Mr. Moynihan used the touch-screen, it improperly assigned his votes due to improper calibration.”
Electronic voting machines – often faulty, easily hacked

The people in charge of elections wanted to eliminate mistakes, because, you know, computers never make mistakes. Perhaps these geniuses have never owned a Windows computer? Never heard of BSOD, or its younger brother YSOD? Never had to reboot after things began to run too slow, or because it quit detecting the printer?
Computerized voting machines introduce a whole array of new and wonderful ways to introduce errors and inaccuracies. Further, and much more interesting, the possibilities for fraud are multiplied exponentially. With mechanical voting machines, you can always go back and count the actual paper ballots. It is possible to rig mechanical machines, but if they’re rigged, it’s easy to demonstrate, because every wrong operation will be wrong every time it is tried. When computers malfunction, or when they are deliberately tampered with, the evidence can easily be hidden.
I am a computer programmer. I can tell you that it is laughably easy to design software that performs tasks hidden to the user, hidden to testing systems, hidden to everybody. They can be set to misbehave in thousands of ways, on any kind of schedule, in ways that cannot be detected or duplicated in test environments. You know of at least one variant of malware (viruses and trojans), but the possibilities are endless. And let me emphasize this: the number of people in the United States who can design voting programs that cheat is probably no less than 500,000 people. Probably 25,000 of those could design it in such a way that they could make the source code available to scrutiny, and it still would not be detected.
I could whip up such a voting system in my sleep. Polishing it up and prettying it up for commercial use, running load tests, putting it through a rigorous QA testing program, and designing it to pass QA and still cheat in any of 100 ways I desire, I could do it in 80 hours. Easily. Just imagine if I was contracted by an election board run by Republicans, who knew I was a strong conservative, and imagine if knowing winks and handshakes were traded. There wouldn’t even be a QA effort, any accountability at all. So easy it should be disturbing to you.
And… it’s already been done. Apparently by both sides in 2012.

My husband and I voted in our early voting this week....My husband's ballot had a Democratic congress person already checked off on his ballot...He called over the poll person and showed him and of course they brushed it off with a "oh well just change it" he said....My husband did say it loud enough for all in the booths around us to hear it. This has happened to me as well in the past when Bush was running, I did the same at that time and stated it very loudly...The only thing we can do is bring it to all of the people around your voting booths attention, and change your ballot..It is important to go through everything well before you cast your ballot...This is all part of the voter fraud process I can''t imagine what will happen if they bring in on "line voting"..I will never vote on line, that needs to never happen..we have fraud now I can't imagine what fraud that will bring us..

URGENT: Leak Shows NAACP Is Planning Mass Fraud on Election Day [DETAILS]
The government watchdog group Judicial Watch is announcing that they have come across evidence of plans for massive voter fraud set to take place in the lead up to the 2014 midterm elections.
Judicial Watch has been involved in the fight against voter fraud across the country, specifically in North Carolina, which is where this voter fraud is planned to occur.
A lawyer for the state of North Carolina sent a letter to Judicial Watch, informing them of remarks made by a speaker at a recent NAACP conference in the state. The speaker was encouraging audience members to deliberately mislead voters by telling them they don’t have to register before voting or that they don’t have to vote at a specific polling place.
The plan is to use the resulting chaos, confusion, and animosity to further the NAACP’s joint fight with Attorney General Eric Holder against North Carolina’s voter ID law, which they charge is “racist.”
The letter states: “It is also our understanding that during the [NAACP conference], Rev. Barber urged those in attendance to take unregistered voters to vote during the Early Voting period and to engage in get-out-the vote activities that included transporting registered voters to vote in precincts in which they are not assigned to vote on Election Day, or words to that effect. The stated purpose for these activities, as I understand it, was to gather evidence for and thereby enhance plaintiffs prospects of success in the litigation involving [North Carolina’s Election Integrity Laws].”

If these comments prove true, they will show how baseless the left’s arguments against voter ID really are, that they must actively engage in deceiving their own community to manufacture outrage and “evidence” of voter suppression.
In truth, the only voter suppression would be their own actions.
Voter ID laws are not “racist.” In fact, the only thing racist about voter ID laws is the left’s argument against them, which assumes minorities are somehow less capable of obtaining a free ID card than white people are, which is nothing more than the soft bigotry of low expectations.
Voter fraud really is an issue, one that effects more than 1,000,000 votes nationwide and can certainly impact results in close elections. It would not be a surprise if this same plan from the NAACP in North Carolina is also being put in place in other swing states with close races.
However, the vast majority of American people recognize the problem of voter fraud and support voter ID laws designed only to protect the integrity of our electoral system by making sure that each registered voter is who he says that he is.

Jim Moynihan, Republican candidate for the Illinois State House, went in Wednesday to vote early, and to vote for himself. But when he touched the screen mark his name, it was his Democratic opponent’s name that registered the vote.
“While early voting at the Schaumburg Public Library today, I tried to cast a vote for myself and instead it cast the vote for my opponent,” Moynihan told Illinois Review. “You could imagine my surprise as the same thing happened with a number of races when I tried to vote for a Republican and the machine registered a vote for a Democrat.”
Every time he touched the screen for a Republican the machine registered it as a vote for the Democrat. “Clearly, I am concerned that citizens will be unable to vote for the candidate of their choice, especially if they are in a hurry and do not double check their ballot,” Moynihan said.
He notified the election officials and demonstrated the problem for them. He was eventually able to vote for himself and other Republicans.
Jim Scalzitti, Cook County Clerk’s Office Deputy Communications Director, told Watchdog Illinois, “This was a calibration error of the touch-screen on the machine. When Mr. Moynihan used the touch-screen, it improperly assigned his votes due to improper calibration.”

An Avalanche of Ballots in Colorado
Its mail-in ballots should be returned to sender.

The autumn skies are bright blue this afternoon in the Mile High City. The vistas of the nearby Rockies are as sublime as the mild breezes that amble down the street. And yet Marilyn Marks could not be more worried. She fears that Republican representative Cory Gardner could lose a U.S. Senate seat in the mail — literally.
“Gardner got the Denver Post’s endorsement,” Marks tells me. “Amazing, and he has a real chance of winning. But this ‘100 percent absentee ballot’ disaster is likely to undermine every GOP candidate in a tight race,” adds Marks, a clean-vote advocate with the Rocky Mountain Foundation.
Mail-in ballots once were reserved, on request, for those absent on Election Day — because of vacations, business, study, or military service — or too infirm to reach the polls.Colorado has jumbo-sized this concept.
Coloradans now vote universally on mail-in ballots, whether they want to or not. Democrats passed and signed the 2013 Voter Access and Modernized Elections Act with zero Republican support — just like Obamacare. Some 3.6 million such ballots have reached active voters and even those who last voted in 2008. That’s right. People who have avoided the polls for the last six years — whether from ignorance, boredom, disillusionment, relocation, or even death — have had ballots mailed to their last known addresses.
“I’m going to people’s houses where they’re getting seven ballots to a household,” Republican state senator Ted Harvey told the Washington Times. “Their children when they were 18 registered to vote there. They’re now 30 years old and living somewhere else, but now that their inactive voting status is now active, the clerk and recorders are required to send them ballots. . . . If Mom and Dad wanted to, they could vote them.”
“We have a lot of the adult-children-not-living-at-home problem here,” Marks says. “I frequently have run into parents who vote the ballots and forge the signatures of their kids and think it is okay ‘because the government sends us the ballots.’” For her relentless efforts to cleanse Colorado’s elections of often-Democrat-inspired mischief, the Denver Post calls the former trucking-company executive “the Queen of Pain.”

Colorado’s mail-in ballots may be left in drop boxes, such as this one, which are totally unguarded and incapable of knowing if ballots are being deposited in illegal numbers.
In another potential headache, “harvesters” will collect ballots door-to-door. Citizens legally may gather up to ten ballots and mail them or deposit them in unsupervised, official drop boxes. This is admirable for, say, a granddaughter helping her elderly relatives. However, nothing prevents a political activist from gathering ten ballots on Monday, ten on Tuesday, and ten more on Wednesday.
“If it’s over ten, that’s a violation,” Colorado secretary of state Scott Gessler told KUSA-TV. “How you catch that? We don’t have those systems in place right now.”
Even worse, if harvested ballots favoring the “wrong” candidate vanish — well, stuff happens.
“The proliferation of ‘ballot harvesting’ ranges from perfectly legal campaigning to pressure tactics to undue influence to intimidation to forgery of ballots and everything in between,” Marks says.

44,000 Can Vote In Virginia, Get on a Bus, Vote Again in Maryland

A group called The Virginia Voters Alliance has turned up some disturbing information as a result of their investigation into people who registered and vote in Virginia but actually live in nearby states.
President of the group, Reagan George, told the Virginia State Board of Elections that their research indicates only 164 people voted in both states in the 2012 election.
That number could be significantly higher this time around with 44,000 registered in both Maryland and Virginia.
He says The Virginia Voters Alliance will be expanding their efforts to include the states of Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, Tennessee, West Virginia and Georgia as well as the District of Columbia.
They are also attempting to ascertain the most effective means by which to identify non-citizen voter fraud. George said, “We are also determining the best way to identify non-citizens who have registered to vote and may have voted in past elections.”
According to George, they worked in conjunction with the Privileges and Elections Committees of the state House and Senate and identified 31,000 dead voters through a search of the Social Security Administration’s Death Master File.
George said, “Dead voter registrations are prime targets for voter fraud which generate few complaints.”
George recommends that the state tighten Virginia’s voter ID law, which allows voters to submit unverified ballots by mail. He also urged a check of the more than 50,000 nursing home patient beds and rehab centers, a source of many complaints of irregularities.
He also recommends the obvious, a requirement of proof of citizenship to register to vote.
George said, “Virginia must control the registration process, as well as the form used to register voters. The current system is the perfect vehicle for identity theft and ‘lost’ registrations.”
A recent court decision regarding the legality of Arizona and Kansas utilizing their own forms which require voter citizenship verification was upheld as constitutional and similar forms could be required in the Virginia or elsewhere.
George added, “There needs to be a clearinghouse for all voter fraud referrals statewide,” he said. “The State Board of Elections would be the perfect place to assume that role and provide transparency for the public.”
Mr. George is obviously not a Democrat.

Will illegal aliens drag Democrat Kay Hagan over the finish line?
In 2013, the state of North Carolina began issuing driver’s licenses to illegal aliens who qualified for President Obama’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program (better known as ‘executive order amnesty’). Officials had originally planned to place an easily distinguishable pink stripe at the top of the license, along with the words “NO LAWFUL STATUS” in large, red letters, but under pressure from the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), that plan was abandoned.
Now, the DACA license is indistinguishable from any other North Carolina license, save for the phrase “NO LAWFUL STATUS. LEGAL PRESENCE EXPS.: 00/00/0000,” which appears in very tiny print and could easily missed by a poll worker.
The citizens’ advocacy group known as NC FIRE recently announced that North Carolina driver’s licenses have been issued to 14,836 illegal aliens with DACA status. The number of recipients have been broken down by county:

When the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (NCDMV) submitted the list to the Department of Homeland Security, for cross checking, federal officials were, shall we say–less than accommodating…
NCFIRE reported:Of that number, the often cited 145 DACA individuals who received a NC driver’s license and were registered to vote, was eventually pared down to 119. That still left a list of 9,984 individuals identified by the NC DMV as being “not citizens” by means other than DACA and registered to vote (i.e: green card holders, permanent resident status, etc…).Real Clear Politics currently has Democrat incumbent Kay Hagan up by 1.6 points over Republican Thom Tillis, and lists the Senate race as a “toss up.” Hagan has supported amnesty legislation for illegal aliens since taking office, and would undoubtedly be the sole beneficiary of any votes cast by illegal aliens.
After an exhaustive search by the NC State Board of Elections, cross checking the names with the Department of Homeland Security, the original 10,000+/- names were eventually reduced to 2,890 whose citizenship status was “non-citizen” and who also appeared on the NC voter rolls.
Of that number, 1,250 of them are confirmed illegal aliens and 1,640 do not have enough information to even check if they are legal or illegal, through the DHS.
In such a tight race, thousands, or even just hundreds of illegal voters could easily make the difference.

Voting machines that switch Republican votes to Democrats are being reported in Maryland.
“When I first selected my candidate on the electronic machine, it would not put the ‘x’ on the candidate I chose -- a Republican -- but it would put the ‘x’ on the Democrat candidate above it,” reported Donna Hamilton.
“This happened multiple times with multiple selections. Every time my choice flipped from Republican to Democrat. Sometimes it required four or five tries to get the ‘x’ to stay on my real selection,” the Frederick, Md., resident said Thursday.
Queen Anne County Sheriff Gary Hofmann said he encountered the problem, too.
"This is happening here as well. It occurred on two candidates on my machine. I am glad I checked. Many voters have reported this here as well," Hofmann wrote in an email Sunday evening.
Two other Maryland voters reported the same in Anne Arundel County on Friday.
A similar vote-switch turned up in Chicago earlier in the week.
Republican state representative candidate Jim Moynihan went to the Schaumburg Public Library on Monday to vote for himself. “Instead, it cast the vote for my opponent,” Moynihan told Watchdog.org.
“You could imagine my surprise as the same thing happened with a number of races when I tried to vote for a Republican and the machine registered a vote for a Democrat,” Moynihan said.
He notified the election judge at his polling place and demonstrated that it continued to cast a vote for the opposing candidate’s party. Moynihan was eventually allowed to vote for Republican candidates, including his own race.
Back in Maryland, two voters in Anne Arundel County experienced the same problem: A Diebold touchscreen voting machine switched their Republican votes to Democrats. The voters had to cancel theirs votes and start over.
Joe Torre, election director in Anne Arundel, called it a “calibration issue” involving a single machine.
Hamilton said she notified officials of the problem she encountered at the Frederick County Center, where she voted. “I’m not sure what was done about it. If someone is not paying close attention, they could end up voting for the wrong candidate,” she said.

He’s the Staller in Chief — President Obama has punted almost every hot-button issue past the key midterm elections on Nov. 4.
Obama has postponed decisions on a raft of contentious issues related to ObamaCare, Gitmo, immigration and his Cabinet.
This is partly to protect Democratic candidates and hold onto the Senate. But it’s more than that. Obama plans a number of radical moves later this year when the administration believes the media, and the public, are paying less attention.
This includes a forced transformation of our neighborhoods, a huge influx of immigrants and billions of dollars in additional taxes.
Will midterm voters really be fooled? Probably not. Republicans are expected to hold both the Senate and the House starting in the next term. But whether anyone can stop the executive actions Obama quietly plans is another matter.
In fact, the president is hoping you don’t even notice.
Immigration
In June, Obama vowed “to fix as much of our immigration system as I can on my own, without Congress,” but now he’s taking no executive action on immigration until after the midterms.
The White House reportedly is preparing to provide amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants in late November, including work permits and green cards for up to 34 million.
Immigration and border security have become the most divisive and important issues of this election cycle, thanks to growing threats from Islamic terrorists and Ebola. Most Americans already opposed amnesty.
Nominations
Even though Attorney General Eric Holder stepped down last month, Obama hasn’t named a replacement — that’s because he has someone more radical in mind: Thomas Perez.

Perez, now serving as labor secretary, is a dangerous race-baiter — and a shameless liar to boot.
He recently told an all-black crowd at Howard University that he learned while visiting a Mississippi school district that officials were locking up black kids for farting. He used the outrageous anecdote as an example of lingering white racism in the Deep South. But as I reported earlier in The Post, the African-American school superintendent denied the whole story and said Perez never even visited schools there.
School administrators aren’t the only people Perez has framed as racists. He’s also compared bankers to Klansmen, whom he says practice a more “subtle” kind of racism that’s “every bit as destructive as the cross burned in a neighborhood.”

As the Justice Department’s civil rights chief, Perez sabotaged a landmark housing discrimination case before the Supreme Court to protect his use of the dubious “disparate impact” theory to shake down bankers for billions in payola for Democrat groups.
When Congress investigated his role, Perez swore he never personally intervened in the case, even though e-mails and voicemail transcripts say otherwise. In fact, the evidence shows Perez went out of his way to derail the high-court case — including flying to meet with the petitioners to get them to drop the case and then insisting they not leave a paper trail.
Radical Latino activist groups have pressured Obama to appoint Perez as the second-ever Latino attorney general. But Perez is certainly not someone who will enforce the nation’s laws equally — or enforce them at all in the case of illegal immigration. As he revealed in a National Press Club speech last week, he’s all about getting more immigrants in to vote for Democrats to bring about more “shared prosperity.”
Obama is expected to ram through his radical nod in the lame-duck session before newly elected Senate members take their seats in January.
War on terror
Even though the Army’s investigation into Bowe Bergdahl’s desertion of his post in Afghanistan is complete, the results won’t be released until Pentagon brass can “review” it. That’s bureaucrat-speak for “bury.”

There’s little doubt election politics factored into the delay. The case has become a political powder keg for President Obama and Democrats. The GOP would justifiably make great hay of the report, especially if it absolves Bergdahl of any wrongdoing.
Since the president traded five imprisoned Taliban leaders for Bergdahl, the US Government Accountability Office has declared the swap illegal, and nearly two dozen House Democrats have joined Republicans in officially condemning the move for making “Americans less safe.”

In addition, the Taliban deal appears to have encouraged the Islamic State to put up American hostages as trade bait to free other terrorist detainees, namely “Lady al-Qaeda” Aafia Siddiqui. And now lawyers for dangerous al Qaeda prisoners at Gitmo are arguing for their release, as well, based on the precedent set by Obama’s Taliban amnesty.
In fact, a Gitmo parole board just approved for release al Qaeda assassin Muhammad al-Zahrani to Saudi Arabia. His lawyers successfully argued that the terrorist no longer meets the threshold for a high-risk detainee because Obama, with his release of the Taliban commanders, lowered the bar for what’s considered high-risk.
“We have demonstrated that Mr. al-Zahrani represents a lower threat than the [Taliban] detainees that have been released,” his defense team wrote the board, “and therefore does not rise to the standard for ‘continuing significant threat to the security of the United Sates.’ ”
Fellow soldiers and other critics fear the military’s delayed Bergdahl investigation is shaping up to be a whitewash. A senior Army official told me court-martialing Bergdahl would “make the president look bad” — and by extension, make Democrats look weak on national security at a time when the war on terror has rekindled. Dragging out his case past the election keeps voters from being reminded of the bad Taliban deal.
Environment
The Environmental Protection Agency is expected to release new power-plant restrictions that will cost the industry some $366 billion, but the onerous rules won’t be finalized until later this year.
This looks to be just the beginning of more regulations and fines Obama will pursue without congressional approval to pursue his environmental visions.
Oil
Obama also refuses to make a pre-election decision on the Keystone XL Pipeline. A move on the massive oil and gas pipeline, opposed by environmental activists, has been delayed for six years. Now it has been delayed again by the president, who fears angering his environmental allies.
ObamaCare
The administration has announced that health-insurance premium rates on the ObamaCare exchange won’t be available until Nov. 15, when the Healthcare.gov website is set to start enrolling people for 2015.
How politically convenient.
Rates are expected to go up by a whopping 14%, but voters won’t know because they won’t be revealed until after the election. Last year, enrollment began on Oct. 1. Clearly, the date was pushed back to hide the increases from the voting public.
Masking the costs of Obama’s unpopular law until after the midterms proves just how bad a deal ObamaCare is for consumers — and just what a liability it is for Democrats like North Carolina Sen. Kay Hagan, one of its biggest backers.
Iranian nukes
Obama is expected to hand even more concessions to Iran in pursuit of a nuclear deal — but not until after Election Day. As part of the pact, set for Nov. 24, Obama is reportedly prepared to suspend economic sanctions against Tehran and allow it to triple the number of centrifuges in operation — an outrageous deal no Democrat would want to defend in televised debates.
Housing
After a delay, the administration’s final “Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing” regulation is now expected to be announced in December. Originally scheduled for finalization in October, the new Housing and Urban Development Department rules will force all cities and suburbs to accept subsidized housing in the name of racial diversity, superceding all local zoning ordinances.
The Orwellian-sounding regulation would force some 1,200 municipalities to redraw zoning maps to racially diversify suburban neighborhoods.
While temporarily punting away politically fraught issues may be smart politics, it’s cowardly leadership.
Under the scheme, HUD plans to map every US neighborhood by race and publish “geospatial data” pinpointing racial imbalances. Areas deemed overly segregated will be forced to change their zoning laws to allow construction of subsidized and other affordable housing to bring more low-income minorities into “white suburbs.” HUD’s maps will be used to select affordable housing sites.
It’s part of the administration’s ambitious agenda to eliminate “racial segregation,” ZIP code by ZIP code, block by block, through the systematic dismantling of allegedly “exclusionary” building ordinances. In effect, federal bureaucrats will have the power to rezone your neighborhood.
Of course, Obama and Democrats are loath to inject this decidedly radical issue into the elections, so they’ll keep it out of the headlines until after voters go to the polls.
While temporarily punting away politically fraught issues may be smart politics, it’s cowardly leadership.
If the president’s policies are so popular, why does he have to try to hide them from voters? And who can trust Democrats now distancing themselves from him and his ideas when they voted with him 99% of the time previously?

BREAKING: Obama Administration Officials Convicted Of Voter Fraud

Why is it only Democrats deal in voter fraud, when it’s they who say it never happens? If this story does not convinced you the entire nation needs strict voter ID laws, nothing will.
Two Democratic officials from Indiana have been arrested and convicted of ballot fraud, because Obama truly wasn’t eligible to be on the ballot. They knew it, but they went ahead with it. If you think something was funky about the 2008 and 21012 elections, here’s a little insight:

Chairman Butch Morgan Jr. from St. Joseph County was convicted of felony conspiracy to commit petition fraud and forgery. Dustin Blyth, who served on the Board of Elections, was charged with felony forgery and several counts of making a false petition. Both men were charged and convicted for submitting fake names and signatures on petitions that were designed to get Obama and Hillary Clinton onto the 2008 primary ballots.
County Sheriffs have uncovered that many locals of St. Joseph county appeared on the petitions, although they have sworn they never signed them.But don’t worry, I’m sure this will be all over the mainstream press… yeah.
Unfortunately, the case wasn’t brought to the court until 2011, when Lucas Burkett of the Board of Registration decided that he felt too guilty to continue carrying the secret. Authorities determined that had the criminal action not taken place, Obama probably wouldn’t have appeared on the ballot in St. Joseph County.
This is just another in a long list of reasons to ensure that we all register to vote and vote AGAINST ever liberal democrat on every ballot possible. I don’t care if it’s for the local Dog Warden, don’t vote democrat. Even if say, in the 2016 election the GOP candidate isn’t your first pick, still think of it as voting against those like Obama and Hillary and vote against them and put a GOP president in the WH. This is our war and I know that the real American citizens out there are NOT cowards so this is our fight and our weapon is the vote. Fire true…

Early voting is underway in Wisconsin and progressive activists have their sights set on defeating Gov. Scott Walker.
The group “Wisconsin Jobs Now” is running shuttle vans to retrieve voters and bring them to the polls so they can vote early. A Milwaukee polling station is seeing a steady stream of those vans pulling up, parking, and unloading voters. But they’re parking in a “No Parking Zone” right in front of the door. The zone is blocked off by traffic cones that Jobs Now activists move when the van approached.This special parking arrangement was originally reported by the MacIver Institute, a free market group in Wisconsin.
After inquiring with both the City of Milwaukee Election Commission and the head poll worker at the early voting location, Media Trackers was told by Denise Walton, who oversees the early voting poll, that the spots were available to anyone who wanted to vote early or drop someone off to vote early. Contrary to what a Wisconsin Jobs Now staff member told us, the parking spaces, although marked “No Parking” were not just reserved for the liberal group’s use.

Referred to as a “calibration error,” voting machines in Maryland were reported to be switching votes from Republican to Democrat. Thus far, nine counties have investigated this problem and taken effected machines out of service.
This is far from the first time such “calibration errors” have been reported. In one case in Illinois the Republican candidate‘s own vote for himself was switched by the machine to a vote for his Democrat opponent.
These errors have also been reported in prior election cycles, with the majority being switches from Republican to Democrat, although 2010 saw some Texas votes switched to the Green Party.
In 2012, voters complained about votes for Mitt Romney being switched to votes for Barack Obama in Ohio, Nevada, Kansas, North Carolina, Missouri and Colorado. Some have suggested that voting should be more transparent – with public access to video monitoring of election counting and machine or electronic counting of votes being done away with altogether.
Additional safeguards against election fraud could include a voter ID system (like has been implemented in India, among other countries). A forthcoming report summarized at the Washington Post estimated that as much as 14% of non-citizens are illegally registered to vote in the United States, and that an estimated 6.4% and 2.2% voted in the 2008 and 2011 elections.
While it seems small, when taken out of a universe of non-citizens in the United States running above 11 million, such percentages translate to several hundred thousands voters – more than enough to swing elections in certain districts and therefore, even nationally.

Boulder County GOP Chairwoman Ellyn Hilliard initially raised the alarm when visiting polling locations where she didn’t recognize some of the GOP judges who are tasked with comparing voter signatures on mail ballots to protect against vote fraud.
She became alarmed when she noticed some ballots whose signatures clearly didn’t match those on file for the voter being accepted.
Deputy Secretary of State Suzanne Staiert began investigating and confirmed to the Daily Camera that she found “some troubling inconsistencies with some election judges.”
“One of them was a Democrat who had changed party affiliation on Oct. 10, so we are concerned that Boulder didn’t follow the list, then resorted to advertising for these positions,” she told the paper.
Hilliard submitted a list of 95 potential Republican election judges to the Boulder County election coordinator after the GOP caucus earlier in the year. The coordinator is supposed to appoint a roughly equal number of judges from the major parties to ensure a fair election.
But according to the Camera, if not enough judges agree to participate from a certain party, the law allows the county clerk some leeway in filling the vacancies with judges from other parties.
Molly Tayer, Boulder County elections coordinator, said that’s what happened in this case.
“[Hilliard’s] original list was 95, and only five have joined this year’s workforce,” Tayer told the Camera. “We performed repeated outreach to the Republicans’ list: emails, notes, calls. We exhausted the list and as much as we reached out to them, people did not come. After that, we just moved on to getting people to do this work.”
Prior to a rally for Republican Senate candidate Cory Gardner Tuesday, Hilliard made what the Camera called an “emotional” plea for more Republicans to volunteer to oversee the election, telling attendees that elections officials are currently helping “the Democrats steal the election.”
She cited instances in which she said she saw judges accept ballots with signatures that clearly did not match those on file for the voter. At one point, the Camera reported, Hilliard had tears in her eyes.

Voter Fraud: How Democrats Intend to Win on Election Day

With the midterms less than a week away, we are being bombarded with campaign ads. The radio, TV, Internet – they're everywhere.
We are also being deluged with stories of campaign fraud. Yesterday, I wrote of Colorado's new all mail balloting and the potential for massive fraud in that state.
But, in fact, the fraud doesn't need to be widespread or massive for Democrat hacks to claim victory. The Wall Street Journal reported, "In 2014, 16 local races in Ohio were decided by one vote or through breaking a tie. In 2013, 35 local races in Ohio were that close," and the Obama rubberstamp, Al Franken, won his Senate seat by 312 votes.
Many local, state, and even national races often decided by 500 votes had less of a majority. Various types of Democrat fraud could more than tip the scales.
The Journal also reported that, "A Mississippi grand jury indicted seven individuals for voter fraud in the 2013 Hattiesburg mayoral contest, which featured voting by ineligible felons and impersonation fraud. A woman in Polk County Tennessee was indicted on a charge of vote buying – a practice that the local district attorney said had too long 'been accepted as part of life' there."
They added: "In the US Supreme Court's 2008 ruling that upheld Indiana's voter ID law, Justice John Paul Stevens acknowledged 'flagrant examples of such fraud' throughout the nation's history and observe that 'not only is the risk of voter fraud real' but also that 'it could affect the outcome of a close election'."
In January 2012 the Virginia Voter Alliance reported that eight Democrats were arrested for absentee voter fraud in Madison County Florida and in April 2012 four more Democrats were arrested in Indiana. The four in Indiana were St. Joseph County Democrat officials.
Now, thanks to Katie Pavlich at Townhall.com, we hear that voting machines in Illinois and Maryland are just "magically" switching Republican votes to Democrat. Huh – imagine that.
Pavlich wrote of a quote from Watchdog.org attributed to a Maryland voter. I guess it's a good thing states are adopting early voting. It may take that long just to make sure your ballot is correct.
It's funny how what election officials call "calibration errors" never seem to flip the Democrat vote to Republican. Of course, Democrats either flatly deny any fraud exists, which is absurd, or they say the number is so small as to be virtually meaningless.
But, as I stated earlier, the fraud doesn't have to be massive or widespread to garner victories – and I wonder, if polled, how many voters wouldn't mind their votes being canceled out by fraud? My guess is about … None!
I find it interesting that the NSA can track every word we utter and keystroke we type – that the IRS can track every dime we spend – but various election commissions can't (or won't) find the rampant fraud we know is being perpetrated every election cycle.
The argument of the nanny state for gun control laws, seatbelts, motorcycle and bicycle helmets, baby car seats, smoking, secondhand smoke, and umpteen more examples has always been, "If we can save one life, it (meaning draconian legislation or regulation) will be worth it."
So I ask: If we can save one vote – your vote – would it not be worth it?
