California Mayor Resigns, Charged With Being a CCP Asset

The small town of Arcadia, California, has been in the headlines this week, thanks to its now-former mayor, Eileen Wang, who has been forced to resign after allegations that she was working as an agent for the Chinese Communist Party.



According to reporting from Fox News, Wang admitted to federal prosecutors that she acted at the direction and control of Chinese officials and the Chinese government. She has also reportedly agreed to plead guilty to the charges.


William Gheen with the Americans for Legal Immigration PAC says this is a prime example of how much control the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) has over even naturalized American citizens. “Anyone from China that came here, who’s not a politically persecuted defector, is under the control of the CCP,” he said.


He also warned that Wang is likely far from the last CCP asset in the United States. “The United States has been infiltrated on almost every level, because things have been allowed that our grandparents coming back from World War 2 would have never allowed,” he said.


Gheen says this is why we need to completely decouple from China—a nation that we’ve become heavily reliant upon for everything from simple consumer goods to even critical pharmaceuticals. He even went as far as to say that we’ve reached a point of “fourth or fifth generation warfare,” and China is winning it.
