    Allegedly murdered by

    Edgar Ghermon Navarro-Moreno, 25

    Edgar Ghermon Navarro-Moreno, an alleged illegal alien, was arrested for the January 14, 2007 murder of 27-year-old welder, Mark Wayne Batin II.

    Navarro-Moreno, and some accomplices, are accused of driving Batin to a remote part of the Utah desert, where Navarro-Moreno shot Batin and left his body.

    Navarro-Moreno has been charged with first-degree murder and three other people are charged with obstruction of justice for lying to crime investigators. Navarro-Moreno may also face charges for methamphetamine which was found on his person.
