    Houston man charged with intoxication manslaughter

    A picture of Adam Landrum, 26, of Conroe, with his sister Jaclyn Landrum appears on Adam’s MySpace page. Adam was killed in a car wreck early Thursday morning. Jaclyn was killed in a car wreck April 16.

    THE WOODLANDS – The man who allegedly caused the death of a Conroe man early Thursday morning is in jail on an intoxication manslaughter charge and is being kept there by an Immigration and Customs Enforcement hold.

    Houston resident Miguel Laynes Rojas, 33, was charged with the second-degree felony after he pulled out in front of 26-year-old Adam Grant Landrum along the Interstate 45 feeder road about one mile south of Oak Ridge North, according Texas Department of Public Safety officials.

    “He did provide a breath specimen that was close to two times the legal limit,â€

    OMG, what a heart breaking story, my heart and prayers go out to this poor family....hard to imagine one child but two and so close together, so sad.
