SOUTHEAST - A man state police said was in the country illegally was arrested Thursday on a drunken-driving charge.





Regulo Figueroa-Millan, 28, of Danbury, Conn., was stopped after driving over a median while turning from Route 121 onto Route 6, the state police barracks in Brewster reported.



State police said the man had a blood-alcohol count of .21, which is more than twice the legal limit. He was charged with misdemeanor aggravated driving while intoxicated and other traffic violations. He was being held on $1,000 cash bond in the Putnam County jail for a Town Court appearance Tuesday.

Brewster, NY used to be a beautiful historic place.
Now illegal immigrants have invaded the town and driven most Americans out. It's basically a sanctuary area now, everyone caters to the illegals, and their "rights". The signs are in Spanish, there's no attempt to learn the language or follow laws, we pay for new babies every day. They've made headlines dozens of times in the past year.
Several times were for rapes and child-molesting (many child-molesters from the national registry are here--many ILLEGAL!)
Every week there's an illegal arrested for DWI. About a month or 2 ago, a young mom was walking across the street with her 8-year-old daughter after dance class. A drunken illegal ran them both over--they were killed instantly. It was another light sentance, but they added "he MAY be facing deportation" !

How many more times do we need to hear stories like these until we start cracking down on illegal immigration? Truly sickening.

BREWSTER, N.Y. — Authorities expect to file additional criminal charges against the Brewster man who struck and killed an 8-year-old girl and her mother outside a popular dance studio Monday evening.

Conses Garcia Zacarias, 35, was allegedly driving drunk when his pickup truck ran through the intersection of Routes 22 and 6 about 6:45 p.m. and hit Kayla Donohue and her mother, Lori, 37, both Brewster residents, who were crossing the street.

State police said the two victims had just left the Seven Stars School of Performing Arts, where the child was taking lessons. She was pinned to the wall of the building and pronounced dead at the scene.

Her mother was taken to Putnam Hospital, then transferred to Westchester County Medical Center, where she died later Monday.
