ALIPAC's "We told you so!" moment has arrived with the Department of Homeland Security's announcement that more than 270,000 illegal noncitizen voters were detected in a limited sample of state voter registration files.

ALIPAC.us has been warning the nation of a widespread and widely exploited election security issue where no authority was previously checking voter registrations for US citizenship, just a Yes/No box that illegals and noncitizens could check and lie claiming they are citizens. In most jurisdictions, nobody checked the accuracy of those citizenship claims on the local, state, or federal level leaving bad actors able to exploint US elections to deprive Americans of their voices and votes!

ALIPAC calls on state boards of elections to place a hold on each of the 278,000 illegal noncitizen voters flagged by DHS and give those voters a chance to prove their citizenship or be prevented from casting ballots in the 2026 and any future elections since the voter registration forms clearly state under penalty of federal felonies that it is illegal for anyhone to lie on their voter registration form and illegal for any noncitizen to register to vote. Federal, state, and local county authorities all must act to remove any illegal noncitizen voters detected who cannot or will not prove their citizenship.

ALIPAC also calls on DHS and DOJ to formally subpoena the voter registration files in every Democrat run state currently refusing to hand over their lists, and arrest anyone who obstructs justice and charges them with charges bearing maximum fines and prison time for withholding evidence of widespread criminal wrongdoing in US elections. Send in federal agents, sieze the evidence for this crimminal probe and arrest anyone who tries to obstruct the investigation.

The Executive Branch has wide-ranging constitutional authority and a sacred obligation to invoke Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, which guarantees every state a republican form of government and protects them against invasion and domestic violence. The Trump administration could decrease illegal noncitizen voter participation in the US elections by sending ICE to high-impact polling locations and vowing to scan all voters for citizenship after the election and to arrest and incarcerate any noncitizen casting a ballot. The threat and warning alone could deter many Democrat illegal invasion voters.

"Illegal aliens and other noncitizens are invading and conducting widespread domestic violence against US citizens, including against the thousands of Americans killed by illegals we track at ALIPAC.us," said William Gheen. "The Constitution guarantees each American a republican form of government, which we do not have with what we now estimate to be more than one million illegal noncitizen voters registered in US elections!"

ALIPAC (Founded on 9/11 2004) started sounding the alarm about noncitizen voters around 2007-2008, and William Gheen of ALIPAC appeared as the first in-studio guest on Election Day 2010, where he explained to viewers and Gretchen Carlson that ALIPAC had copies of emails and other communications among Democrat operatives indicating they were planning to use illegal noncitizen voters to stop the Tea Party political landslide west of the Mississippi. Later evidence confirmed this assertion as illegal aliens were documented voting to elect Harry Reid against Tea Party challenger Sharon Angle in Clark County & Las Vegas, Nevada, that year.
