Fresh off of an energetic interview on the Rocky Dee Radio show in Charleston, South Carolina, ALIPAC's President William Gheen is now calling for Congressional investigations into the role of Obama administration employees in providing guns to the suspects in the murder cases of border patrol agent Brian Terry, San Francisco resident Kate Steinle, and the 9 black church goers in Charleston, SC.
The Charleston murders were allegedly committed by Dylann Roof who was allowed to buy a gun by the FBI when current laws should have prevented him from buying the handgun used in the murders because of his criminal record and admitted use of illicit and psychiatric drugs. While the Obama admin failed to enforce the laws that would prevent Dylann Roof from buying a gun, the Obama administration and Hillary Clinton say the proper reaction to the killings is more gun controls!
Kate Steinle was murdered in front of her father on a pier in the sanctuary city of San Francisco by an illegal alien who had been deported five times, convicted of several felonies, but conducted the murder with a federal agent's .40 caliber handgun. The Obama administration blames the murder on Republican failures to pass immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens like they wanted when in truth the Obama administration's failure to adequately secure our borders contributed to Steinle's death!
Border Patrol agent Brian Terry was murdered by illegal immigrants wielding assault weapons from among the thousands of AK-47s and Barrett 50 caliber sniper rifles that the Obama administration used taxpayer monies and six different federal agencies to provide to drug cartels in the Fast and Furious Scandal.
"Our hearts and prayers go out for all of the thousands of victims of illegal immigrant crimes in America and to the grieving families that lost loved ones in Charleston," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "I feel certain that more than 95% of America's citizens of all races, political views, and walks of life would put their lives on the line to save the victims of these horrible murders if they could. However those concerns do not appear to be shared by the Obama administration's employees that keep showing up as the common denominator in these high profile gun murders. We now have three major cases where the guns used to kill Brian Terry, Kate Steinle, the Charleston victims, and Lord knows how many other innocent American and Mexican citizens were either originally purchased by the Obama administration or cleared for sale unlawfully by Obama administration employees, and we need Congress and the media to investigate those important connections and relationships on behalf of public safety."
Americans for Legal Immigration PAC contends that it is very important for law enforcement agencies, Congress, and the American public to know how many guns the Obama administration is facilitating to go into the hands of criminals, illegal aliens, and mentally unstable people at this time.
Of particular concern is how the Obama administration then attempts to harness and utilize the public backlash against the bloodshed to further their well funded and clearly stated objectives of passing amnesty for illegal aliens and restricting American gun rights and other Constitutional freedoms and protections.
"We have border, immigration, and gun laws in place to protect American lives from criminals and crazies that would harm our citizens," said William Gheen. "The Obama administration is showing us a pattern of demanding more power and money in reaction to their failure to adequately enforce our existing gun, immigration, and border laws! We know that Brian Terry and Kate Steinle are two of thousands of Americans killed each year due to the non enforcement of our immigration laws. Now we need to know quickly if Dylann Roof's FBI allowed gun purchase was an isolated event or another sign of systematic problems created by the political agenda of the Obama administration."
The issue of illegal immigrant crimes and the role of illegal immigration in the murders of American citizens has recently been a hot national topic due to the campaign positions of Donald Trump who has come under fire from amnesty supporting Republicans and Democrats. ALIPAC recently called for Fox News to fire Geraldo Rivera when a discussion about Kate Steinle's murder and Trump's campaign statements resulted in Rivera threatening physical violence on air! These issues have also been elevated by Ann Coulter's new best selling book Adios America.
ALIPAC hopes that the Trump campaign, many Congressional campaigns running in 2016, the American media, and existing members of Congress will call for, support, and engage in immediate investigations of the relationship between the Obama administration's failure to enforce protective laws and facilitating of guns into the hands of illegals, felons, and other people prohibited from possessing guns under current US laws.

It is outrageous that the federal government is blaming citizens for having guns that are "too easily" attainable, when in fact the government itself is at fault and then uses the results for its own unconstitutional ends!
