ALIPAC Announces Kate's List to target GOP Lawmakers backing DACA Amnesty

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is releasing a new targeting list called Kate's List to target GOP incumbents in Washington who are placing the interests of illegal immigrants ahead of the interests of U.S. citizens by joining with Democrats to back passage of DACA, Dream Act, or Comprehensive Amnesty.

Kate's List is named in honor of Kate Steinle, who lost her life due to America's grotesquely unenforced borders and immigration laws and the state and city sanctuary laws which all facilitated Steinle's death at the hands of a five time deported illegal immigrant named Jose Inez Garcia Zarate.

A wave of anger swept America last week when a jury in San Francisco acquitted Zarate of Kate Steinle's murder after the judge refused to allow jurors to consider Zarate's prior felonies and immigration status, although it is a federal felony for an illegal immigrant to possess a gun.

ALIPAC is calling for GOP primary challengers to file and run against the targets being listed on Kate's List (View) in the hope of unseating them from office due to their support for Amnesty, just like the defeat of Senator Luther Strange and Representatives Eric Cantor and Renee Ellmers.

Kate's List will be a smaller and more targeted list than ALIPAC's Cantor List, and the first names to be added to Kate's List are those in the Main Street Caucus who are preparing a letter to Speaker Paul Ryan asking him to help provide legislative Amnesty to illegal aliens receiving protections under Obama and Trump's illegal and unconstitutional DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) program.

The first seven names on the letter to Ryan have been added to Kate's List and they are Rep. Scott Taylor (R-VA), Rep. Dan Newhouse (R-WA), Rep. Rodney Davis (R-IL), Rep. Mark Amodei (R-NV), Rep. Mike Coffman (R-CO), Rep. David Valadao (R-CA), and Rep. Jeff Denham (R-CA)

"These Republican lawmakers asking Paul Ryan to give the Democrats and illegal immigrants the DACA Amnesty legislation they want are off base with a large majority of their Republican voters back home, which makes them very vulnerable in 2018 primaries," explained William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We are going to build Kate's List and add every GOP lawmaker who signs a letter or speaks out in favor of DACA Amnesty in the media. Then we will send our grievances to Republican Party officers and delegates and to media outlets in their home districts asking for a quality replacement who is willing to serve the interests of American citizens instead of illegal immigrants in Congress!"

ALIPAC's Activists are being asked to share their disappointment and anger with those named on Kate's List through calls and letters to Washington, while supporting and assisting the national effort to find GOP Primary challengers for Kate's List targets like Scott Taylor, Dan Newhouse, and Rodney Davis.

The Main Street Caucus letter is expected to be presented to Speaker Ryan sometime this week and may contain several dozen Republican names which will be immediately added to ALIPAC's Kate's List of targets.

The Kate's List Republican targets for 2018 primary challengers are responding to pressure to pass Amnesty for illegals being mounted by the Bipartisan Policy Center, Service Employees International Union, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops.
