Thread: ALIPAC: Bush to try and sell Amnesty on TV TONIGHT!

Supporters of ALIPAC:

President George Bush will be on most national news channels tonight at 8pm to announce he is sending some National Guard troops to the border, while calling for the legalization / Guest Worker / Earned citizenship plan for the 12+ million illegal aliens already in our nation.

We know from a recent ZOGBY poll that only about 13% of our LEGAL citizens support Bush's "immigration reform" plans.

A new article points out to us that this sellout legislation would DOUBLE current immigration levels.

We need everyone to watch and record the President's speech and be prepared to take action. ALIPAC's executive officers will be on the air with several TV stations and we will immediately respond to the President's speech with both suggestions for our volunteers and a national press release.

The last poll of Bush's support levels show him at 29%. It is clear that a spoon full of sugar (the Guard Troops) is designed to make the poison (Guest Worker Amnesty) go down.

Please make sure you are ready to point out to your fellow Americans that our choice is not between Amnesty or instant Mass Deportation of 12 million people.

This whole horse and pony show is seeking a way for the President to continue the abdication of his sworn duties to enforce our laws and to lift the existing law that states illegal aliens are to be deported.

An acting President with a weak 29% approval rating trying to push an immigration plan with less than 13% support could be a historic mistake.

What we want to hear from President Bush? "I decided to start doing my job and honoring my oath of office by enforcing our existing immigration laws starting today as the US Constitution requires."

Bush is sticking his face out in front of the millions of Americans that are part of the confirmed and great backlash against both illegal immigration and the street protests.

Please tune in to watch the show and please be ready to take immediate action as part of the national response.

I wasn't sure where to post this. I just called Senator Frist, Cornyn and Hutchinson offices. The man at Cornyn's office said not many people have been calling today.
