You obviously have no understanding or appreciation for the kind of security concerns people in the public eye, media, politics, and business must consider when it comes to their private dealings.Quote:

I am not insane and your insults betray the weakness of your positions and your lack of maturity in this discussion.
I will remind you at this time that you are violating ALIPAC's rules and further violations with the personal attacks and name calling will result in your removal from this discussion.
We have standards here and you will abide by our community's standards or you will be removed.

WASHINGTON -- Former Secretary of State Colin Powell says illegal immigrants do essential work in the U.S. and he has firsthand knowledge of that -- because they fix his house.Quote:

This woman is either a fool or a liar. But I digress. perhaps she will make a good governor for California.
Does California deserve better?
William, if you cannot have a discussion where people disagree with you, that's fine. You can remove me. I have typically agreed with your positions, but I do not agree with you here. You are making assumptions here you do not have facts to support. That is my opinion. If my saying that upsets you or makes you feel I am calling names, then you should do what you need to do. I understand not everyone can have a discussion with disagreements.Quote:

8) I AGREE WITH WILLIAM ON THIS ONE SEEING THAT THE LADY AT HAND HAD A WAY TO DETERMINE IF THIS WOMAN WAS IN THE COUNTRY LEGALLY. I MEAN WHEN I WORKED AT BURGER KING I HAD TO SHOW PROFF THAT I HAD A LEGAL RIGHT TO WORK IN THIS COUNTRY. I'LL BE WILLING TO BET THAT IF I HAD APPLIED FOR THE JOB, SHE WOULD HAVE NO DOUBT RAN A BACKGROUND CHECK ON ME AND EVERYTHING ELSE. BUT FOR SOME REASON THESE BORDER JUMPPERS ARE JUST GIVEN A FREE PASS TO TRUST AND EVERYTHING ELSE. AND ANOTHER THING, I WOULD NEVER LET ANYONE ELSE HANDLE MY MAIL :!:
Why not do something constructive rather then arguing among ourselves? Shortly after the Federal Government filed suit against the State of Arizona, I sent e-mails to the governors of Arizona, Tennessee and Georgia along with several anti illegal immigration groups, suggesting that someone file a class action suit on behalf of the American citizens, against the Federal Government for failure to enforce our immigration laws.
I do not know that my letters and e-mails have anything to do with it but a firm in Tennessee has now done just that and any American citizen can join this class action suit for as little as a $1 donation.
I am in no way affiliated with this firm although I have joined the suit. If any of you are interested in joining here is the link:

The lady was hired through an employment agency and paper work was presented that showed a Social Security card and drivers licence. It was later determined that the SS card and licence belonged to her sister.Quote:

Burger King and most fast food is full of illegal aliens working there, many with real SS numbers that belong to sombody else. The civil rights division of the Labor Dept. states it's discrimination to ask for anything beyond the SS card.
In my opinion, that is why E-Verify and 287g should become mandatory across the nation.Quote:

Not just California, all across the nation.
Sure the illegal alien needs to be deported. And needs to serve time for using fraudulent documents. Fined every penny she ever made. Or might make in the future. She is illegally in our country. {Watch Gloria Run} None of which anyone "I hope" Anyone questions.
Meg Whitman needs to be throughly investigated for hiring and harboring an illegal alien. If she must first be arrested then thats what prosecutors should determine I only hope there is a due possess to determine if she did or did not KNOWINGLY commit a crime. The rule of law. Yes?.
Of course she is going to deny it. LOL
Will ALIPACS pressure help Prod the legal possess along? My opinion. More
than likely not.
All Americans need to be held accountable. Those that Represent us even more so.
Anyway the story is as old as our Republics problems are new.
California Politics is a Quagmire. It is a No win for California and a No Win for America. You really need to fix yours Cali. And we really need to fix ours.
That is all ALIPAC and most of us want so much.
Do not take opinion about your state so personal. If your candidates suck either ethically, morally, or especially on the Illegal Invasion then ALIPAC has
all the right in the world to go after them and squash them like the Slimy Slugs they are. Hold their feet to the fire, and hold them accountable. I support ALIPAC!
We Do Not Support Brown. We do not support Whitman. We do not trust them with California. A state allot of us called Home, or Home away from Home. We want a better California and a better Nation. Now you can take that Personally
We in AZ took allot of heat here on McCain, I have known JD and John for decades and that choice sucked. I rallied against McCain and lost.
We will in time I pray have a Legitimate choice. Until then every Candidate for public office best be ready to get grilled, PAINFULLY GRILLED.
Calimom and the others bashing our solidarity on this will understand someday the enemy to Our Republic we Fight. And what we learn and do each and every day is only for common good. Not a vendeta or spite, or

You're nuts! If you have eyes, ears and half a brain you can tell. The USA did not LEGALLY let 10 million or more Mexicans into this country over the last 6 years. I wont even count what you said as an excuse.Quote:

Thank you for the welcome. I am just a little old lady with a keyboard and an opinion but as I said earlier, I have been fighting the issue of illegal immigration for more than 7 years.Quote:

That happened about 20 minutes from where I used to live.
There are more illegal aliens in Georgia then there are in Arizona. Google Jordin Paulder and Dustin Inman if you want to know about some of the crimes committed in Georgia by illegal aliens.
At any rate, I will continue to fight against illegal immigration until the battle is won or lost and if it is lost I cannot say I did not do my part. If we do not make our voices heard, we cannot say no one was listening.

Welcome back Twinky, We have to win this.
For all the victims of needless illegal alien crime.
Not one more victim. That is our mission.
I totally agree with rebart and his comments. ALIPAC is jumping the gun and helping career politician Jerry Brown. This time Ms. Allred has bitten off more than she can chew. Once again she steps in to claim the limelight. The law suit is going no where and will be quietly withdrawn if it's ever filed, once Ms. Allred has milked it for all it's worth. I hope both she and the maid have their butts handed to them. The maid now needs to be deported. Unfortunately, our illustrious Department of Homeland Security and Secretary Napolitano don't have the cojones to enforce American law.Quote:

Thank you Airdale. I'm in this battle for the duration and my mission today was not to discredit all the hard work ALIPAC has done but to question whether it was wise to jump into the Whitman fray before all the facts are known. I see that Rupert Murdoch, CEO of Fox news has now come out in favor of Immigration reform. I would bet he is one of the gated community elites that only deals with those who work for him.Quote:

Let's just use the facts we have so far...
Whitman can prove that she followed the letter of the law...so now she should be arrested?
How about this...how about you call for the arrest of the only person here who can be proven to have broken an entire series of laws...the illegal immigrant?!
Driver license, social security number, lying on a job application, entering the country illegally...oh and how about those pay checks? They had to be cashed which means this illegal immigrant had to provide fraudulent identification each and every time she cashed a check...
You claim this site is about enforcing our immigration laws...then maybe you should consider calling for them to be enforced against the people who are breaking them.
Employers of illegal immigrants are responsible if they knowingly employ illegals and the laws against that should be strictly enforced, but if the employer has followed the law and the illegal has committed fraud to convince that employer that he/she is here legally...the criminal is at fault.
Now, there may be more revelations to come, but so far what we have indicates that Whitman has complied with the law, the illegal in question on the other hand is known to have committed a series of criminal acts.
Your organization is shooting from the hip and in my opinion you're taking aim at the wrong person.
You're making a mockery of your own mission....typical.
Anyway...I've said what I had to say. Let's see how you handle an honest opinion.
Federal laws have been broken and neither you, ALIPAC, nor Fox News or CNN have the proper ability or role to tell what Whitman did or did not know, the proper place for that is in a court of law and for it to enter a court of law there must be charges and arrests.Quote:

ALIPAC opposes Amnesty for illegal aliens and those that that support Amnesty for illegals, thus we oppose both Jerry Brown and Meg Whitman.
ALIPAC supports the enforcement of our existing immigration, border, and labor laws, thus we support the enforcement of those laws against those that have broken them.
If Whitman contends she broke the laws by accident, then she should tell it to the judge.
If I were caught with stolen property, I would be charged and my protests of innocence would be made to a judge. If I were caught with drugs in my possession and I claimed they belonged to someone else, I would still be arrested and my claims would be made to a judge or jury.
This is the American legal process 101. It is a shame that many people want to forget about that when its a Republican in a fight against a Democrat.

Since we don't know all the facts, for you to call for Whitman to be arrested is an irresponsible overreaction that could effect a democratic election...which is probably one of your motivating factors.
There will be an investigation. The facts will come out and if it is proven that Whitman should be arrested, I'll join your call for that, but as things stand you don't know either and you're already demanding that she be arrested.
Irresponsible, hypocritical and self-serving.
What if in the end it is proven that Whitman did not knowingly break the law...do you just say "ooops, my bad," and forget the whole thing?
Opportunistic grandstanding on your part...nothing more.
BTW...I could care less who wins in California. I've been an active democrat for a couple of decades, but I find myself at odds with the current party leadership and the policies of the current administration.
I just find it incredibly irresponsible for you to take this public position when you admit you don't know the facts yet.
The weakness of your positions on this are showing clearly Jack!Quote:

You think you can come here and throw out some insults and feel accomplished or persuade someone? Let me tell you a few things about me Jack, I've been swung at by people a heck of a lot more skilled, financed, powerful, and ruthless than you and that 'billy bad ass routine' will get you zero traction with me or any of the other brave patriots here at ALIPAC.
It is widely acknowledged by all parties, Whitman, Diaz, and the media that Federal crimes have been committed here.
Whitman hired an illegal alien for 9 years that is a violation of the law. Diaz is in the country illegally, that is a violation of the law.
The question is not one of if crimes have been committed or not, it is very clear that crimes have been committed.
What needs to be determined is guilt and culpability and the proper place for that is in the courts.
If you do not agree that the proper place for that analysis is the courts, then simply state that you feel that can all be determined by the media and people like you Jack.
Just tell the truth, but don't come on here sticking your finger in my face and making false accusations just because you don't have the skills or positioning to base your arguments on merit.
You are starting to sound like a real illegal alien supporter with your character assassination attempts.
You gonna play the race card soon Jack?
And who do you suggest "proves" whitman did not knowing break the law Jack? You? CNN? Fox? The LA Times? A street level cop or front line ICE agent?Quote:

How about a COURT JACK AS A COURT OF LAW IS THE ONLY REAL AUTHORITY TRUSTED BY AMERICANS TO MAKE SUCH JUDGMENTS.
For it to go to court, charges must be filed and arrests must be made unless a District Attorney wants to weigh in and announce there is not sufficient evidence to proceed.
