ALIPAC is a national organization specializing in stopping illegal immigrant Amnesty bills in DC since 2004 that is issuing an Amnesty RED ALERT warning today against Rep. Glenn “GT” Thompson's (R-PA) HR 9535 “Securing Agriculture’s Workforce Act of 2026,” because the bill would waive current penalties of law for hundreds of thousands of illegal alien farm workers and their employers.

Rep. GT Thompson serves as the chairman of the House Agriculture Committee.

Current US laws state that illegals are to be deported, and employers of illegals are to be fined or jailed.

Rep. Thompson's HR 9535 would change America's existing immigration laws, accommodating these lawbreakers to give hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants H-2A agricultural worker status and visas by waiving multiple grounds of inadmissibility and deportability and forgetting and forgiving the farms that employed illegals.

HR 9535 unfortunately has close to 50 Republican co-sponsors, many of whom ALIPAC contends do not know the full provisions of the bill or the Amnesty aspects.

"We believe that many of the Republican lawmakers currently co-sponsoring HR 9535 do not know about the Amnesty provisions in the bill and have not thought out the long-term impacts of changing America's existing immigration laws to accommodate illegal migrants and their employers," said William Gheen, founder of ALIPAC.us. "This Amnesty bill would undermine America's existing laws, border security, and mass deportation efforts by caving to big agriculture and meat packing lobby interests and selling American workers and taxpayers out once again for the illegal labor lobby."

ALIPAC's national network of activists is being asked to call each co-sponsor of HR 9535 and all members of the House Committee on the Judiciary IMMEDIATELY to say...

"Please remove your sponsorship, oppose, and defeat Rep. GT Thompson's illegal alien Amnesty bill HR 9535 because this Securing Agriculture's Workforce Act of 2026 would give Amnesty to hundreds of thousands of illegal migrants and their employers at the expense of U.S. workers, taxpayers, and our legal migrants! No form of Amnesty for any illegals! HR 9535 would undermine our existing immigration laws further and the efforts of our brave ICE agents to enforce our laws."
