Thank you 31 States! Now, why don't you commit yourselves to demanding the US government stop all unconstitutional federally-permitted immigration?! Re-read the Constitution. Only States can choose to admit immigrants and imported labor under Article 1, Section 9. The only authority or power the federal government has with regards to immigration is to prevent it, as a check and balance against States admitting immigrants that pose a threat to the United States and US citizens. With $19 trillion in debt and 20 million or more Americans unemployed or underemployed, why would any State want to continue importing immigrants who mostly sign up for welfare while stealing jobs and deflating wages of Americans?

We need a 20 Year Moratorium on All Immigration, and we need it now. It's not just Syrians, it's not just Refugees, it's all immigration at this point. Think about it. Think about why some of you seek to pander to foreigners in ways that harm your own citizens, think about why some of you prefer to convey entitlements to immigrants when you can't even afford to sustain your own citizens. Pretty Goofy if you ask me. So are some of you Goofy Governors? Well, at least 19 of our 50 Governors are looking like Goofy Governors right now.
