Juan Williams is a leftist, but an honorable one. He WILL listen, and agree he's wrong occasionally. I doubt he'll change on this topic. I'll write again, and point out that illegals WILL AND DO self deport, if they get no benefits and cannot get a job. With the DREAM act, it will only encourage MORE illegal entry to this nation. Wouldn't you bring your kids, knowing the handouts you can get, if you were really poor in another country?

A thought to bring up while calling the Senators...while pointing out the incentives for more illegal entry into our nation...point out that we know that terrorists are also coming in with the illegals. How many have already come in? How many could get their education, be it engineering, or hydrology, for example, then get gov't jobs to be in place with our water plants, or engineering, oh, dams, or our highways/bridges for example?

Keep calling the Senators! Obey CURRENT law for a change.

Got about half way through the list and received mostly "NO" to amnesty and a couple of "not sure"!! Sorry I have to go! All of the senators staff who answered were polite and helpful! Feel more comfortable than originally felt!
We will see if I got the truth or a fib. I can only hope it was mostly truth!

I'm continuing to circulate by email all the information I have about the true nature of DREAM ACT. I think most Americans haven't a clue as to the scope of this legislation. Of course, the media has been complicit in withholding information that would illuminate what a scam this is. It seems I recall Glenn Beck touching on this last week, but I'd have to go back and view his shows.

We must continue to rally the media to respond. Thank you for the emails and contacts with them. We must bombard them with emails so that they keep the discussion of the Dream Act in the news.

Mayor Bloomberg was sadly preaching more rewards for illegal aliens through the Dream Act and other open border actions in an interview over the weekend.

Major Christian and conservative news conduits are NOT reporting on the negative consequences of the bill or that passage of the Dream Amnesty may be imminent. Even worse, Sean Hannity, numerous Fox News guests, and other sources are telling you: don't worry about a thing, just relax, because Dream Amnesty won't pass. But the House has passed this Nightmare Act already, and Sen. Harry Reid may keep the Senate in session through Christmas Eve, if necessary to get that one last Senator to vote for the Dream Act.

The Nightmare Act is a much broader Amnesty than anyone expects, because there is no verification of

• the age of the applicant,
  the applicant's age when entering the US, or
  the length of time the applicant has been in the US.

It is advertised as "a path through college to citizenship for 2.1 million undocumented immigrants," but there is no "2.1 million" limit, or any limit, for that matter. Past experience proved that amnesty for 3 million illegal aliens in 1986 meant 4 to 10 times that many more illegal aliens 20 years later. The only legitimate path to citizenship begins at the end of the line on the other side of the border, behind those citizenship applicants who actually respect U.S. laws.

The Nightmare Dream Act also allows Janet Napolitano to arbitrarily waive any and all provisions and grant mass Amnesty to about every illegal alien in America if she (or her successor) pleases.

"(2) WAIVER- With respect to any benefit under this Act, the Secretary of Homeland Security may waive the ground of inadmissibility under paragraph (1), (4), or (6) of section 212(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1182(a)) and the ground of deportability under paragraph (1) of section 237(a) of that Act (8 U.S.C. 1227(a)) for humanitarian purposes or family unity or when it is otherwise in the public interest."

Thank you to all of you who are leading the charge on getting the word out about this disaster of a piece of legislation. I have emailed and called several places to ask that they report of the Dream Act more and how it will allow many more illegals to get citizenship than most understand.
