    Americans for Legal Immigration PAC
is a federal Super-PAC that does not endorse state-level candidates but does inform an extensive national network on ballot initiatives and candidates for Governor which impact illegal immigration and illegal aliens.

Two Important Immigration Issue Ballot Initiatives in Massachusetts and Arizona

Massachusetts Question 4: Yes or No on licenses for illegals

Voters in Massachusetts have an opportunity to vote on Question 4, titled, "Remove Proof of Citizenship or Immigration Status for Driver's License Applications Referendum." (More info HERE) Earlier this year, Democrats in the Massachusetts legislature voted to override GOP Governor Charlie Baker's veto of their bill to give licenses to illegal immigrant invaders, House Bill 4805.

A YES vote on Question 4 is a vote to give licenses to illegals, and a NO vote is to repeal the Democrat HB 4805, thus stopping illegals from getting licenses.

Question 4 is supported by Democrat lawmakers and SEIU and ACLU groups, while it is opposed by MA GOP Governor Charles Baker, 2022 GOP candidate for Governor Geoff Diehl, and a group called Fair and Secure Massachusetts.

At the time of this alert, Fair & Secure Massachusetts "Vote No on Question 4" is being outspent $1,213,587 to $123,479 (10 to 1) and is calling for volunteers and donations on their website at
    https://www.fairandsecurema.com/

Arizona Proposition 308 In-State tuition for non-citizen (illegal alien) residents measure

Arizona voters will decide on Prop. 308 (More Info HERE), where a YES vote means you support giving in-state tuition taxpayer subsidies to non-citizens and illegal aliens to replace American students in the limited seats in our colleges. A NO vote on Proposition 308 means you oppose illegals getting taxpayer money to pay for college.

Everyone knows that far-left colleges will give preferential admissions and treatment to illegal alien applicants over their young American counterparts.

In-state tuition for illegals Prop. 308 is currently supported by a coalition of Democrat and RINO Republican AZ State lawmakers, the ACLU, and the Pima County Democratic Party.

It is opposed by AZ GOP candidate for Governor Kari Lake, who has promised to declare an invasion during her first hour in office if she wins (View Video), as well as some GOP state Reps and the Republican Party of Arizona.

Important Note: At the time of this alert, with only 15 days remaining, we cannot locate any organized group fighting for "No on Prop. 308" on the ground in Arizona but will update you if we do.

However, pro-invasion groups that support in-state tuition for illegals have raised over $1,212,205 in support of Proposition 308.

UPDATE 10/26/22 OUR SOURCES IN AZ SAY THIS GOP GROUP IS OPPOSING PROP 308

ALIPAC is adding this release and information about these immigration issue ballot initiatives to our candidate info pages (HERE) and (HERE) in an effort to raise awareness and circulate info in the run-up to the November 8, 2022 elections.

ALIPAC plans to conduct an informal online survey of voters to ask if they support or oppose these ballot measures.
