Thread: Bank of America Boycott Update! + ALIPAC Update on IL Battle

Friends of ALIPAC:

We have exciting news to report about the Bank of America Boycott. Two confirmed sources in North Carolina are BofA employees, which have told us the boycott has hit Bank of America much harder than the bank will admit.

They also say that the bank is engaged in some heavy changes inside to try and cope with the tens of thousands of Americans like you that have moved their accounts and mortgages to other banks!

We have sworn to protect the identities of our sources, since their jobs inside of BofA would be at risk.

We have also heard an unconfirmed rumor that Bank of America plans to cancel their pilot program that gives credit cards to illegals. We are dispatching some of our best researchers at ALIPAC to try and confirm this information.

Of course Bank of America would like to crawl away quietly from this fiasco of their own making, but we need to know if they backed down so we can proclaim victory and move on to boycott the next illegal alien supporting company.

Update on the Battle for Illinois

ALIPAC's President, William Gheen will formally announce plans to ask Congress to investigate the Executive Branch, for non-enforcement of our existing immigration laws this weekend, at the Immigration Conference in Grayslake, IL.

If you have not signed up for tickets yet, please do so soon. Even if you cannot attend, the contributions are appreciated by the event organizers.

We have added two events to this weekend effort, in the crucial state of Illinois.

Please read and help us distribute this press release, which contains information about our "Shop In Waukegan" day on Sunday July 15 and our plans to take people to the Waukegan City Council Meeting on July 16 at 8pm.

After the three events in Illinois, ALIPAC's William Gheen will roll into Washington, DC to formally launch our plan to ask Congress to investigate the Executive Branch for non-enforcement of our existing immigration laws.

After all, if the President decides which laws he will obey or enforce, why should Congress be seated? Why should we even have elections?

As an Illinoisian I am happy as can be to hear all this.

This is good news! A friend of mine is closing his accounts at Bof Illegals on Saturday. He said he'd had enough when he tried to do banking by phone. One of the first telephone prompts was " if you would like to transfer money to Mexico, Please press 1" Meanwhile he was trying to transfer money from his saving to his checking INSIDE THE US. and had all sorts of trouble! So now he will join our boycott!

If BoA actually DOES change its policies, then we as a whole should drop the boycott quickly, and if we have reason to bank with them, to start up again.

We need to keep Pavlov's dog drooling properly. Punishment is only part of the solution. If punishment would continue, then why would any company give a damn what we think. They would simply assume that once they have lost our business, they they have lost it, and have no reason to make changes. When they do make changes, then we must also show that their proper change will be rewarded with a loss of our vengeance.

Of course, along with dropping any boycott (whether BoA or Miller or any other), we should loudly and publicly say what we are doing, why we WERE boycotting, and what the company did. This will tell other companies that we DO have strength of numbers, that a business WAS hurt by the behaviors they did which we did not like, and that when these behaviors ended, we are level headed enough, not to continue punishment.

This type of press release will actually be the first time that many people have heard of the boycott, which again, attracts like-minded folks here.

Along with this "public" release, there should still be a statement of:

But we will be strongly monitoring the company just released from the boycott will quickly resume the boycott if .. add condition here ... ever appears to have resumed

PS, why is the edit function disabled in this forum?

Have there been any updated info on this yet? I have read several posts which appeared to collaborate the thought that BoA was properly shutting down the program, but have we had any more official news?
