Sent the message below to DHS and to four contacts at FCC:
I have recently learned that Spanish-language KROM-FM 92.9 in San Antonio features a segment warning illegal aliens of the locations of border patrol agents. Broadcasting the locations of national defenses and military is a violation of FCC rules. In addition to the high level of human smuggling/illegal invasion at the USA/Mexico border, this station by its broadcast warnings is also aiding and abetting numerous drug traffickers and other criminals. Please shut down this radio station immediately.

This letter was sent to all three at FCC and to Homeland Security, I hate posting my letters but here goes.
Chairman Kevin J. Martin
Federal Communications Commission
Dear Mr. Chairman
It has come to my attention that a radio station, KROM-FM, 92.9, in San Antonio,
Texas is regularly broadcasting information to illegal aliens, advising them how to
evade the Federal Border Patrol agents and where they are located at any given time.
How is this different than any gross subversive act by terrorists?
Why is this flagrant breech of our national security
condoned?
I am sure that you know that aiding and abetting illegal aliens is a Federal crime
It would appear that this activity must be immediately ceased on an order
by your agency.
To do otherwise is anti American. and leaves us open to infiltration by terrorist also.
This same letter is being sent to the Office of Homeland Security.
Also to as many talk show hosts and media outlets that I can.

You could knock me over with a feather! CORNYN is helping someone? I thought Cornyn was actually a myth after all this time with him not responding to anything I have ever sent him.

I will send out a notice on this. Looks like we will have to revisit our efforts with the FCC and encourage everyone to send in written letters!
