Vigil to be Held Monday 6-7Pm in Hillsborough, NC for mother killed by illegal alien.


There will be a Candle Light Vigil for Hester "Faye" Coleman on April 24 from
6-7 pm in front on the Hillsborough Court House in Hillsborough (NC).

Ms. Coleman was killed while driving home on January 21, 2006 at 6 pm in
Hillsborough, NC in a crash when a car driven by 2X DWI offender Isael Medrano an
Illegal alien, crossed into her lane killing her instantly.

Medrano's first appearance in court will be the next day.

For those interested that may be interested in raising awareness of drinking
and driving, we (our family) are having a vigil in honor of our mother.

We anticipate a beautiful evening of hope, remembrance, to bring solace to family,
friends and the community-and of a peaceful way for our voices to be heard by
local, state and national leaders. NC is the 7th in the nation (as of 2004) in
vehicular deaths that are caused by impaired driving.

ALIPAC NOTE: The NC Print media is censoring information about Faye's death. Isael Medrano is an illegal alien that was convicted of DWI in NC last year and was not deported. He was left free to drink and drive without deportation to kill Faye a few months later. They did take his valid NC license away upon his conviction in October.

This so sad, how many more North Carolinians have to be killed by drunk illegals before the state stops issuing driver's licenses to illegals? Some of you may or may not remember this but my friend's nephew was killed by an illegal immigrant who was driving drunk. Also, another good friend of mine lost her cousin and her aunt when a drunk illegal ran a stoplight, killing them both. The illegal somehow got out on bail and fled the country. This was over 8 years ago and the illegal has never been caught or seen again. When will it stop?

I sent this out to the media in NC. I do hope that there is a large turnout. This angers and saddens me knowing that a fellow American and writer died because our government has refused to enforce the law.
