The Department of Homeland Security has announced (View) that the alleged ringleader of the planned mass murder of US citizens and terror attack on the White House during the UFC event, Hermosillo Alvarez, is an illegal alien from Mexico who has been protected from deportation by Obama's illegal and unconstitutional DACA Amnesty (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) since 2016.

ALIPAC originally endorsed Donald Trump for President early in his 2016 campaign, but then regretably had to withdraw the endorsement in May of 2017 (View LA Times Report) after Trump failed to honor his campaign promise when he said "We will immediately terminate President Obama's two illegal executive amnesties" in an Aug. 2016 immigration speech. ALIPAC lobbied the White House to end DACA for five months before dropping the organization's endorsement.

ALIPAC contends that DACA Amnesty is the Dream Act Amnesty legislation that the group and many Americans fought hard to defeat in Congress in 2010, which Obama created by a memo, not even a formal Executive Order, after telling the public 22 TIMES that he lacked the power to do so "I'm not king, I can't do these things just by myself."

This report of a DACA-led plan for a terror attack on the White House comes on the heels of a Breitbart News report that a DACA-protected illegal alien, Rosario-Cruz, is accused of Killing Four American youths in a wrong-way drunk driving crash (View).

ALIPAC is calling on Americans to call Trump's White House at 202-456-1414 to demand an immediate and full rescission of Obama's unconstitutional DACA Amnesty memos.

"We call on Donald Trump to pull out a plain sheet of paper or a nearby napkin and write a short note memo explaining that he fully rescinds Obama's illegal and unconstitutional DACA and DAPA memos that illegally instructed federal law enforcement agencies to give Amnesty to DACA/Dreamer illegals without the required Congressional legislation to do so," said William Gheen of ALIPAC.us. "This planned terror attack and other criminal acts by Obama's DACA illegals show that this unconstitutional Amnesty is a threat to the lives and security of American citizens. Each day, DACA Amnesty memos masquerade as laws passed by Congress, the voices of all Americans, and the results of our elections and Congressional votes against Amnesty have been nullified by illegal executive power. End DACA Amnesty now Mr. President!"

ALIPAC has been fighting to save America and restore the American Republic since the day on June 15, 2012 signed by Janet Napolitano, and sent DACA memos to supersede the outcome of Congressional votes, many existing immigration laws, and US elections to support open-borders and globalist Amnesty plans for millions of illegals.

To date, the US Supreme Court has betrayed all of America by refusing to hear challenges to DACA and ruling in the obvious conclusion that it is illegal and in full violation of the US Constitution, which requires Congress to set immigration laws and policies. The Supreme Court ruled the Trump administration's method of rescinding DACA was flawed, not that closing DACA was wrong.
