Democrat Controlled NC DMV Caught Registering Noncitizens to Vote

While Citizens wait in long lines

While NC residents wait in long lines around the buildings and young drivers wait months for their license tests, the Democrat controlled North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles has been caught registering noncitizens to vote in violation of federal laws, according to accusations and evidence from U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson.

Democrat run WBTV in Charlotte, NC, is scrambling to cover for their fellow Democrats at the NCDMV and Governor Josh Stein's offices, claiming it is all just one big misunderstanding and nothing for citizens to be concerned about, as their Naomi Kowles explains...

-- "A Hispanic woman living in Charlotte didn’t know why a police officer and federal investigator showed up at her doorstep earlier this year to ask her questions about a voter registration she didn’t know she had. In partnership with QC Life’s Jorge Andrés, WBTV Investigates visited her home and spoke to the woman in Spanish to understand why her name had appeared in a federal prosecutor’s letter to the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles. “She had no idea until they reached out to her,” Andres said after speaking with the woman about the registration. The woman is legally in the United States, is not accused of any crime, and told WBTV she had no knowledge at the time of what happened. For her protection and at her request, WBTV is not identifying the woman. She is one of six noncitizens that U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson is accusing the DMV of illegally registering to vote. In nearly all the cases, according to records obtained by WBTV, it did not appear to investigators that the people registered had any knowledge of what had happened." (View SOURCE)

U.S. Attorney Russ Ferguson, appointed by Republican DOJ head Pam Bondi earlier this year, and the newly empowered Republican leader of the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE), Same Hays, are concerned that this small sample of illegal noncitizen voters is indicative of a broader systematic problem, which ALIPAC wholeheartedly agrees with.

"Our rapidly growing archives contain proof and documentation of illegal immigrants and other noncitizens illegally registering and voting in US elections despite our laws, and indicate that America has many systematic vulnerabilities in our elections that Democrats are eager to exploit in pursuit of power, control, and permanent political dominance," said William Gheen, a lifelong North Carolina native and founder of ALIPAC. "We call on federal authorities, the NC SBE, and our Republican legislature to authorize and conduct a full screening of the North Carolina voter registration data to remove all felonious noncitizen voters from our elections."

William Gheen was the first citizen and campaign consultant in North Carolina to accurately estimate the number of illegals in the state in 2004, at approximately 400,000 for NC State Senator Fern Shubert's campaign for Governor.

These new findings in North Carolina have been added to ALIPAC's Non-Citizen & illegal migrant voters (HERE) information collection archives, will appear on the website www.NonCitizenVoters.com, and will eventually be added to the main tracking index. Copies are being sent to state and federal Republican lawmakers and staff accompanying this press release.

US Attorney Russ Ferguson said in a letter to the NCDMV, “We have encountered a number of ineligible individuals who have registered to vote at the DMV but have no knowledge of doing so... Consistently, they report they were simply presented a form to sign by a DMV employee. That form is presented in English, even though many of these individuals do not speak sufficient English. Most of them recalled signing an electronic block at the DMV, but believed it was part of the process to obtain a driver’s license.”

The Democrats at WBTV seem to be much more worried about the "Hispanics" who committed felonies by registering to vote as a noncitizen than the American voters who could have their votes stolen by these illegally registered voters! Nowhere in their article does the American view about this appear.

North Carolina DMVs have been in the news for repeated scandals about insanely long lines and wait times for services, and now we find that while Americans wait in line, noncitizens are inside DMVs illegally being registered to vote by Democratic-appointed state employees since Democrat Governors like Roy Cooper and Josh Stein have packed these offices with their Democratic patrons.
