More bad news from swing state Michigan, despite the fact the Michigan Secretary of State's office disclosed that a Chinese national was accused of unlawfully registering and voting in the 2024 general elections there, Democrats prevailed in the Michigan legislature and stopped an amendment that would allow "voters to decide on a constitutional amendment that would require proof of citizenship to register to vote and an ID at the polls."

More bad news in swing state North Carolina, where Republican Judge Jefferson Griffin has dropped his challenge of 60,000 votes in the 2024 elections because the registrants "didn’t include information like a driver’s license or Social Security number on their registration forms," as our state laws now require.

This means Griffin loses his bid for the NC Supreme Court to Democrat Allison Riggs by only about 700 votes! Republicans will retain a 5-2 majority on the NC Supreme Court for now.

Let this be a lesson to every Republican in North Carolina and across the nation that noncitizen and illegal migrant votes are present in American elections and can cast the deciding ballots for Democrats, especially in swing states like North Carolina and Michigan!

The Good News

The Republican legislature in North Carolina has taken the power to appoint the Board of Elections boardmembers from our Democratic Governors Roy Cooper & Josh Stein and given these powers to our republican state Auditor, Dave Boliek!

Boliek has made election integrity a key issue and has vowed to clean up our elections. He appointed three Republicans and two Democrats to the elections board, and they quickly ousted the Democrat appointee Karen Brinson Bell and replaced her with conservative stalwart Francis De Luca.

We may have a chance to get the significant numbers of noncitizen and illegal migrant voters, that Roy Cooper fought to protect, out of our 2026 NC elections.

ALIPAC plans to share our growing body of EVIDENCE OF NONCITIZEN VOTERS (View HERE) with the new elections board chairman, state lawmakers, and judges in the hopes more will be done to assure only US Citizens can vote in swing state North Carolina, home of the national organization Americans for Legal Immigration PAC.
