Federal authorities swept in and arrested illegal alien migrant invader Kail Cardenas, 27, after Democrat District Attorney Melinda Katz's office in Queens, New York, reduced his charges from 1st-degree rape, the cut him loose on a misdemeanor for time served! ALIPAC hopes immigration authorities will be deporting Kail Cardenes back to his home country of Ecuador after he overstayed a visitor visa to remain in the US illegally. Hopefully, deporting Cardenes to the other side of a secured border will bring more peace to the female victim he is accused of raping while she slept at a party and will protect other US citizens from similar 100% preventable illegal migrant crimes.
