Democrats Sue To Keep Illegal Voters in Midterm Elections

Adding to ALIPAC's rapidly growing list of over 170+ indicators of illegal noncitizen voters in US elections, The Washington Examiner reports on 10/22/26 that Democrats are suing to stop Republicans in the federal government from trying to detect and remove any illegal voters from the 2026 Midterms.

US elections are governed by laws created by Congress, such as Title 18, Section 611 (Prohibition of Voting by Aliens), which was passed in 1996 as part of the Illegal Immigration Reform & Immigrant Responsibility Act that makes it a federal crime for any noncitizen to vote in federal elections.


Section 611 Subsection (a), "It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner"

The laws of Congress against noncitizens voting are backed by the higher authority of the US Constitution, which CLEARLY states in Article IV, Section 4 that "The United States shall guarantee every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government and shall protect each of them against INVASION."

"Our government must detect and remove illegal noncitizen voters from our elections to protect the voices and votes of American citizens from these invasion voters," said William Gheen, Founder of ALIPAC. "When illegal aliens register and cast ballots, they are exploiting a widespread and systematic vulnerability in US elections and committing dual felonies that deprive US citizens of protection from invasion and a Republican Form of Government!"

States like California are allowed to set the time, place, and method of elections, but should not be allowed to violate the Constitution and existing federal laws.

The Democrats of 2026 apparently support crime, criminals, censorship, illegal migrants and voters, men in women's bathrooms and sports, and the trans chemical and surgical mutilation and sterilization of children.

This information is being added to ALIPAC's tracking list (VIEW HERE) of more than 170 examples showing that illegal noncitizen voters are real, a serious concern, and indicative of a widespread, systematic vulnerability in US elections, and to the resource website noncitizenvoters.com.

ALIPAC activists, the media, podcasters, and Republican candidates on the 2026 ballots are being asked to support Republican-led efforts to detect and remove illegal voters and warn as many LEGAL US citizen voters as possible that Democrat lawmakers and the Democratic Party are fighting and suing to keep illegal noncitizen voters in the country, on taxpayer public assistance, and stealing the votes of Americans.
