ALIPAC Focus Campaign Victory! ICE Raids Factory!
Supporters of ALIPAC:
Our FOCUS campaigns are quickly establishing a strong success record in our efforts to fight illegal immigration.
While we encourage each of you to work as an activist on your own, when we all pull together as a team the results are astounding! Those of you that put your volunteer time behind our FOCUS Campaigns are making a real difference!

So far, we have helped to pass new laws in many states, cities, and counties. We have a great win/loss ratio. On our city campaigns we currently stand at 50 Wins, 3 Losses and 17 Draws!

TODAY WE HAVE A NEW VICTORY TO REPORT!
With your assistance, ALIPAC has been calling for Immigration and Customs Enforcement to raid the Smithfield Foods Inc. hog processing plant in Tarheel, NC for the last few months. News reports made it clear that hundreds of illegal aliens work at this plant and that the company is aware of that.
While the number of illegals arrested is very low at 21, we are very happy to see this raid happen.
Those of us watching things closely are aware that ICE is conducting more raids and making more noise about it while secretly tipping off employers and illegal aliens! This is being done to try and convince the American public that we can expect enforcement in the future if we let them pass a Guest Worker Amnesty.
While we realize that ICE is still not doing the job we need them to do, we applaud their raid in NC. We thank all of you that made the calls, sent the e-mails and letters and put the pressure on for this raid.

I'm very happy that ICE arrested 21 illegal immigrants at the Smithfield plant, but what happend can't be considered a raid by any stretch of the imagination. A true raid would have netted a lot more than 21 illegals. Furthermore, I don't think calling a company in advance and announcing your arrival should be considered a raid.
I would almost bet my first born that there are still plenty of illegals still working in the Smithfield's North Carolina hog processing plant. The Smithfield plant couldn't have went from 500-600 folks without legitimate SSN cards on month to 21 illegals the next without, not without us hearing of more protests.
I share your joy ALIPAC, but humbly request you reconsider calling this a raid."The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing" ** Edmund Burke**

21 illegals off the work site is great. I do hope that it will scare the rest of them in quitting or they too get rounded up. Great success!

This raid will cause a stir, but it is small compared to what should be done. This looks like nothing more than for show to me?
