We cut them off two years ago. NC no longer give illegal aliens license if the new law we got passed requiring a valid SS number is being properly implemented.

The only three remaining states known to be giving licenses to illegals are Utah, New Mexico, and Washington state.

The only illegals in NC who still have valid licenses are the ones whose have not expired yet. They are not being allowed to renew. That is my understanding of it anyway.
