I know, everyone wants to impeach the Criminal-in-Chief,
and I don't want to throw a wet blanket on THAT fire.

But given that the Senate is controlled by the Democratic Party,
a more feasible way to remove Mr. Obama from power is a

HOUSE INVESTIGATION

into his bona fides and his lack of the required qualifications for office.

He is Constitutionally ineligible for the Office of President, per Art. ii, § 1, ¶ 5:
"No person except a natural born Citizen . . . shall be eligible to the Office of President."

A House investigation will make his disqualification a matter of official public record.
Then all U.S. citizens will know for a fact and for certain.
If his resignation does not soon follow . . .

Has enough evidence of this been found, is there enough support in the USSC to remove him?

If this were the case, and it did reach the USSC, wouldn't the USSC be the final authority on it, and not the House?

Exactly......he knows this is the only way he can win another election. He couldn't win the first one honestly, so now he does this. He is a sneaky, low down pathaic traitor who will do any thing to advance himself, not caring how much he hurts the American People.
