Thread: Trump's Invocation of the Alien Enemies Act of 1798

Presidential candidate Donald Trump has promised an "Operation Aurora" which will invoke the Alien Enemies Act of 1798 (If elected on Nov. 5, 2024) named after Aurora, Colorado, where illegal alien transnational gangs like Tren De Aragua (More info HERE) from Venezuela have taken over multiple American apartment complexes.

The Alien Enemies Act was last used during WW2 and the war of 1812.

These acts empower the President of the United States to deport any non-citizen who is determined to be "dangerous to the peace and safety of the United States" and set a reasonable amount of time for illegal migrant departure, and any remaining after the time allowed could face a three-year prison sentence.
