Thread: Upgrades Underway at ALIPAC

Friends of ALIPAC,

This week we are upgrading several of the computers used to drive our operations. While this means lots of hair pulling for us, the end results should be higher levels of efficiency and speed for our operations.

Of course, this new equipment must be installed, configured, and adjusted first.

We would like to bring an important new feature to the attention of the media, our supporters, the campaigns, authors, and researchers who use our main website at www.alipac.us

ALIPAC.us continues to grow and expand as the largest archive of information in existence on the topic of illegal immigration.

ALIPAC.us has revolutionized the Internet's long term memory on the subject of illegal immigration and many closely related issues.

Thanks to the donations and volunteerism of many Americans, we are helping America to see this issue more clearly by having access to information from the past five years that would be very hard to access, if we were not around.

Unfortunately, our archives have been hard to access due to the amount of data stored at ALIPAC.us and the antiquated search features on our site.

We have now upgraded our search abilities by adding a Yahoo Search Box found on the left side of screen on each page at www.alipac.us

We have mounted this new search feature prominently just beneath our e-mail alert sign up box.

Our new Yahoo search feature should help everyone access our archives with greater ease and success. We hope you will enjoy this new feature and it will help you and others who are researching the issue of illegal immigration.

Each week we receive numerous requests by e-mail and phone from reporters, campaigns, students, lawmakers, and concerned citizens looking for information within our vast archives.

We hope this new Yahoo search feature will help us fulfill our mission to educate Americans and raise awareness.

We want to also take this opportunity to thank all of the citizen activists who bring in articles to our Discussion Groups area at www.alipac.us and the 12 volunteer moderators who help sort and store that information by placing articles on our homepage and storing the information we gather for future use.
