Friends of ALIPAC,

I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all of you who made our participation in last weekend's iiImpact conference on illegal immigration in Wilmington, NC possible. It was great to meet so many other true American patriots, lawmakers and candidates for public office who have taken a stand with us in our fight against illegal immigration.

Today, we are releasing the videos of the event to the nation and hope that you will take some time to watch. ALIPAC is ready to support any events focused on illegal immigration in any state in America. If you like what you see, we will be happy to work with you to support a Ccnference on illegal immigration in your state!

One thing we know is that top lawmakers in states take notice when events like this begin to educate the public about who supports immigration enforcement and who supports the illegal immigrant invasion of our states.

we wrote to our rep Howard Coble re: Obama's use of Executive Orders to bypass congress and in particular on the issue of illegal aliens. Here is Rep. Howard Coble's reply to us:

Dear Mr. and Mrs. S___:


Thank you for contacting our office regarding President Obama's Executive Order to grant amnesty to illegal immigrants. We appreciate hearing from you.

In March 2011, President Obama publicly stated that he would not grant broad amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants through an Executive Order; however on June 15, 2012, he announced the United States will stop deporting illegal immigrants who came to the United States before the age of 16 and who are younger than 30.

Like you, I am concerned with the number of policy issues in which the Obama Administration deems it appropriate to make changes through Executive Order rather than through the legislative process. The Administration cannot act unilaterally and pick and choose which laws it prefers to enforce. We expect that the recent Executive Order dealing with deportation will be challenged in federal court and hope it will be determined invalid.

Thank you for sharing this with us. Please consider writing them back informing them that Obama's amnesty orders do not rise to the formal level of an actual Executive Order. These are orders issued by memo.
