    WARNING: Vote Imminent!

    Friends of ALIPAC,

The New Jersey state senate will convene and vote on S-1036, sponsored by Senators Ronald L. Rice, D-Essex, Sandra Bolden Cunningham, D-Hudson and Teresa Ruiz, D-Essex, which would allow illegal aliens to take away college seats from innocent American students while forcing taxpayers to pay for the displacement!

The Senate meets to vote on S-1036 at 2PM Eastern Standard time which is 3.5 hours from the time of this e-mail.

We need everyone on the phone now with thousands of calls coming in from across America to STOP S-1036!

The illegal aliens and their supporters are working frantically inside the New Jersey legislature and their people are calling. We have even heard rumors they may have a paid phone bank in operation. It is up to you, if enough of you call this bill can be stopped. Inaction will almost certainly assure a victory for the illegals.

Take immediate steps to win the first critical battle against illegal immigration in 2010!

Step 1: Pick Up the Phone and start dialing numbers for NJ Senate members you see on this web page...
    http://www.njleg.state.nj.us/members/abcroster.asp

Step 2: Tell the person that answers or the voice mail box "I'm calling to ask Senator _____ to oppose in-state tuition for illegal aliens today in Senate bill 1036. The vast majority of our states have rejected this legislation because it replaces innocent American students in the limited seats in college at taxpayer expense, encourages more illegal immigration, and is opposed by almost 80% of Americans! Please stand with the 4 out of 5 Americans that oppose in-state tuition for illegals and oppose S 1036!"

Step 3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 as much as you can as soon as you can today. Consider following up on your calls with an e-mail or fax.

Please spread the word and get others helping.

I am personally getting on the phones with our top acitivists into New Jersey again today, please follow me in and reinforce my efforts.

Let's win again like we did in Colorado, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Jersey in 2009!

    Let's Roll!

I just tried to call all 3 of the senators listed on your e-mail and I received the same recorded message as follows:

"no one is able to take your call right now!" Cunningham's also had a number for the "media."Rice and Ruiz gave numbers for various problems people might call in for. Obviously there were none for immigration of any kind! Apparently these people were anticipating a deluge of calls about this bill and are trying to nip it in the bud!

Is anyone else still having problems getting on to Alipac?
I have been trying for two days through the link on my desk top and through Google.
The only way I have been able to reach the boards is through the link at the bottom of the e-mai alert I received from Alipac this morning and still is the only way.

    Any suggestions?

Yes Shad, it is an external internet problem. Please just wait it out because there is nothing we can do about it.

    Thank you Dixie.
Will keep working on the calls and just access Alipac through the link on this e-mail.

Shad, my internet problem cleared up. I was having similar problems. I hope that yours will be resolved shortly.
