When our forefathers overthrew the tyranny of kings, America was born. Our government has forgotten the original mission our founding fathers set out to do, securing the individual rights of it’s citizens. With the collapse of so many of our rights to liberty, and the broken principles of a proper government it’s hard to ignore that the fundamental rights set out by our Founding Fathers to the pursuit of happiness are being slowly taken away.
Fueled by greed, selfishness, and arrogance, our elected servants have corrupted the principles of the Constitution, a law for rulers and people alike, equally in war and in peace, with protection for all classes of men, at all times, and under all circumstances. The up-hill climb, with generations of political turmoil, war, and years of political re-organization, brought the Age of Reason when an understanding of the nature and necessity of liberty was established for the first time in the United States.
We are finding our government in all its branches violating our dearest rights, the trial by jury, the freedom of the press, the freedom of opinion, civil or religious, our peace of mind and our personal safety. For two centuries of social, civil, and material advancement, in which it has been the controlling force, the Constitution has applied itself, adapted itself, developed itself, amended itself, and, through the stress and shock of civil and foreign wars the like of which no other constitution ever felt, it has maintained its stability. The American citizen has reason to believe that his fundamental law contains inherently what the Scriptures call "the power of an endless life."
Our Bill of Rights secures a citizen’s civil liberties with a list of restrictions placed on government. The words in our Declaration of Independence are among the most influential ever put on paper and have been used as a model in countless pleas for liberty and equality. What is equality? Are we as citizens of the United States suppose to be the same age, sex, size, strength, height, have the same courage, hardiness, patience, integrity, wealth, knowledge, fame, wit, temperance, wisdom? Were there ever a nation whose individuals were all equal, in natural and acquired qualities, virtues, talents and riches? No of course not. Equality is more than just an adjective to describe the similarities between two objects or people. Equality is a state of being in which every individual is entitled to the same rights and opportunities regardless of any factor that may be used for the purposes of discrimination. The phrase "self evident", from the Declaration of Independence, plays an essential role in the definition of equality During the American Revolution people were told what religion to practice, and what role they could play in society. People could not understand that they did not need to submit to a dictatorial regime.
Man had always lived to serve the will of an emperor, a king, or a religious figurehead. They did not recognize the concept that persons were born free and with inalienable rights. By declaring those rights as "self-evident" the founders declared mankind to be free. By signing that document, the founders declared that it was no man’s place to proclaim one’s self superior to another; and they embarked upon an experiment to create a republic where all men were equal and free.
We are a country with a moral commitment to individual achievement, we have a need to be an independent self-sustaining entity, with the idea that one's work ethic is a fundamental character trait, with the virtue of making money and the need to turn a profit. Along with the confidence that one is able to control the course of one's life, take pleasure in the pursuit of one's goals, rationally expect that one's focused productive efforts will meet success, and that life will be fun, are evidence of our individuality, the moral foundation of this right. In American, every man can be his own king, a successful, independent, happy king. That's the American Dream.
There is no where else on earth that quite has the 'feel' of America. The idea that it is okay to make money and to go out and get what you want, the acceptance of pride runs deeper here than anywhere on earth. The consequence, a feeling shared by a majority of people that life is open to them, that anything is possible, and that they're in the middle of getting where they want to go is unique to America.
America is the youngest, greatest, fastest growing country in the history of man. It is an country unlike any that has ever existed. American is in the mind of every man and every woman in every country, who wants a better life, here, on this earth. That is why it is so important for our leaders to see that it is a privilege not a right to be here. While law -a- biding people who come here legally, who have shown their allegiance to our country by striving to gain their citizenship, who have assimilated to our ways and our customs, made the effort to speak English and have let go of their countries of national origin, our countries leaders are seeing fit to grant amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants who have no such motives. Their motive is to earn money to send back to their countries, break our laws, and to protest in our streets in order to change our country into what they think it should be, of course our government fills us with propaganda that they are here to work to ensure a better life for themselves and their families. If that were the truth, our government only sees us as mindless, imbeciles, votes, to lazy to work.
As leaders of our country, our government has the duty to maintain the existing order of society, it is their fundamental duty to the people of the United States. Instead we see only a danger
which has always plagued nations, dishonest power hungry influence peddling politicians and bureaucrats whose influence is bought by the special interests, dishonest men who have, with impunity, forgotten they have taken a Sacred Oath to Defend the Constitution and the Nation against ALL enemies, Foreign and Domestic.
A new tyranny has developed through the control of our great country by a few who manipulate the affairs of the nation selfishly and ruthlessly. The suffering and misery of millions of victims is of no consequence or weight in the operation of their affairs.
In order that these evils may be repaired, we determine and declare that government, corporations and organization with their meaningless depressions, needless miseries, and gross injustices must come to an end. It is the solemn duty of every citizen to take every effort through organization and through determined action in unity with all citizens of the United States to fight the injustice being put upon us by our government, corporations and organizations who have abandoned the Constitution of the United States of America.
We ask nothing but FULL AND EQUAL JUSTICE BEFORE THE LAW, PROTECTION FOR OUR LIVES AND PROPERTY AGAINST LAWLESSNES AND MOB VIOLENCE, AND EQUITABLE RECOGNITION IN THE SEVERAL DEPARTMENTS OF THE GOVERNMENT, BASED UPON OUR INTELLIGENCE AND INTEGRITY
