Kansas Secretary of State, Kris Kobach, a longtime foe of illegal immigration, addresses the recent agreement reached between like-minded offenders, the ACLU and the United States federal government, as to the handling of illegal aliens apprehended in the United States. The agreement provides Miranda protections, a warped application of our law and a further progression down the road to open borders that the Democrats are racing us down.
Kobach says that this agreement is based upon a flawed concept, that being deported is punishment. It is not, it is simply being returned home, a much different thing.
Brian Kilmeade raises the decision of earlier this week in which Guatemalan women can simply claim spousal abuse and they have supposed grounds for asylum, a complete misapplication and redefining of asylum under international standards.
The United States also agreed to advertise to Mexicans illegals who self-deported under the right set of circumstances between 2009 and 2013, that they may qualify for repatriation to America, a country that is not their own. Even the definition of repatriation must be warped to explain this nonsensical agreement. Eric Holder, Jeh Johnson and Hussein Obama really out did themselves with this one.
The absurdity has no limit and there can be no doubt that our nation is deliberately under attack by the subversives who occupy the White House, the Justice Department and the Department of Homeland Security.
America must wake up to the fact that our nation is being run by individuals who have a loyalty that is not to the United States and they are actively working to destroy us. They use our respect for the law and the laws themselves against us, and it is working.
