    It’s not over yet. Now we have to let the House know that if they allow this immigration reform bill to pass, those who want to give amnesty(by any name) and allow millions to enter our country each years will pay the price in Nov and in the future.
    Legals immigration or nothing. This country will not fall apart we are stronger than that. What don’t destroy will makes us stronger. Lets deport them over the next 11 years and we do know where they are. If we go after the employers, they will not have to be deported. They are not is the shadows. They work, go to school and use our emergency room and clinics.

    Under 1. Title 8 Section 1325 of the U.S. Code, "Improper Entry by Alien," any citizen of any country other than the United States who:
    Enters or attempts to enter the United States at any time or place other than as designated by immigration officers; or
    Eludes examination or inspection by immigration officers; or
    Attempts to enter or obtains entry to the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact;
    has committed a federal crime.

    Violations are punishable by criminal fines and imprisonment for up to six months. Repeat offenses can bring up to two years in prison. Additional civil fines may be imposed at the discretion of immigration judges, but civil fines do not negate the criminal sanctions or nature of the offense.

    Very good point. We have to make it very clear that we don't support a guest worker program. If we don't attach amnesty to guest worker, they will just say I'm not supporting amnesty just a guest worker program. I always call it guest worker amnesty.

    We also need to start talking about how this will effect american jobs.

    One of my big questions: Are we going to kick all these guest workers out of the country, when the unemployment rate skyrockets? Politicans don't have an answer for that. It's a catch 22 they don't like.
    The Democrats will keep'm all and feed'm too.

    That would make a GREAT T-Shirt....with an image of a social security card....or a picture of one of "them" chewing on the leg of an American citizen.

    Don't forget to tell your representatives to take the DREAM ACT out of the bill as well. The DREAM ACT would reward illegal aliens with a taxpayer subsidized college education. If DREAM is enacted, illegal aliens could get in-state college tuition rates, while American citizens from out of state would have to pay a higher tuition. Once again, the government wants to reward law breaking.

    In your emails, faxes, phone calls, tell your reps, no amnesty, no guest worker, no DREAM.

    Ok we need to Keep all of those in Congress that have stood firm against any type of Amnesty on Our side. We also need to get the rest of those in Congress that are against us to come over to Our side. Lets think like them for a short moment. (sorry it is scarey but just for a moment). Why not hold out a bone to all of them. They are just politicians and in any way possible they like to feather their nests and they are all up for Re-election in November. So here's what we do. We tell all of them that we Know that the Senate has hung them out to Dry. We let them Know that the senate is allowing them to take the Peoples displeasure and the Senators are sure that we the People will take it out on the Congress and then will forget when it come their turn for election in 2008. We tell the Congress that if they stand Strong and just allow passage of the Border Security Act only and do not allow any form of Guest worker plan or Amnesty then we will give them a pass and keep them in Office. But we then hold out the bone that in 2008 we will go after every Senator that has Gone against Our wishes and refused to listen to the People. We will elect them out of Office. This is the Bone "We the People will be Needing Politicians that we can trust to become Senators and Fill those positions". This will allow them to Step up to those positions, if they so wish to throw their hats into the Voting mix for those positions. We will tell them that We the People will be Glad to Elect Politicians that have show such great strength of willpower that they stood up for and with the People, that they will be remembered and elected into those positions. I know it gets complicated but we have to let them know up front that their continued service on the Side of the people is what gets them to move up in Position.

    I know it just a thought but I think if we could pull it off it would be a strong bone in our favor to keep them on Our side and put a lot of pressure on those Senators by allowing them to see we have a way to get rid of them and keep the people we want with out haveing to trash the hole system. What ya all think?

    Even if the House votes for amnesty, this issue still won't be over
