“Diversity” in the work place, “Inclusion” of minorities.

“A rose by any other name still smell the same.” this is the first time I’ve heard illegal aliens, who inter this country illegally, who use false documents in order to obtain work referred to as “diversity” in the work place and “inclusion” of minorities is being “competitive”in the 20th century.
40% of the construction work force of Daly’s local 1500 members are Latinos and 23.3% of casino workers is not “diversity” or “inclusion,” when they make up 20% of the population in Reno. If these are presumed to be legal, then what percentage is illegals ? It is called taking jobs away from American citizens.
Casinos hire illegals because of cheap labor and they hire children as young as 14 to clean rooms.
In reality, “illegals aliens” and not “immigrants” are taking jobs away from American citizens
diversity, as they call it, is destroying American society. It is only good of government and businesses. This does not benefit working Americans. Americans do not buy this rhetoric. We are not that stupid.

I have seen four homes and one garage being re-roofed in my neighborhood since spring. With the exception of the bosses, the work crews were 100% hispanic! No blacks, no whites. When the house across the street was being done (Tri-State Roofers) the only non-hispanic I observed on site was a white guy in a red mercedes who arrived shortly after the crew started work, left, then came back when they were finishing up.

So much for "diversity" in the workplace, eh? Hire just whites or just blacks = discrimination. Hire just hispanics = diversity.
