They can scream all they want to but failure to ID
Has been on the books for a long long time…
And not only do Spanish or Mexican or Hispanics
Get taken into custody for failure to ID but so dose everyone else.

It happened to me as a teen...in Texas...I could not produce id...on a traffic stop and away I went....simple...They must have been profiling my beautiful badger strips

My dad used to test me as a teenager.

When going out, he would ask me, "Where is your ID/DL, and Do you have $20.00 hidden in your wallet?

Something about the laws then, and being indigent if you had no money or ID. I had to have several things in my wallet and car with my name on them.

He reasoned, $20 could get me a cab ride home fro most anywhere, I was allowed to go.
