15 Year Old Boy Executed For Blasphemy By Jihadists America Claims It Wants To Arm
Reports have come out that a teenage boy was executed before the horrified eyes of his parents in the street in the Sha’ar neighborhood of Aleppo in Syria on Sunday. These are some of the same kinds of people that Barack Obama wants to arm against the Syrian leader and that Senator John McCain visits with and supports.

Mohammed Qatta reportedly refused to give a customer coffee. “Even if Mohammed comes back to life, I won’t,” the boy said, who was known by his nickname “Salmo.”

The punishment came after the boy was overheard by someone during an argument while he was working. “Even if Muhammad comes back to life, I won’t lend,” the boy reportedly said in his workplace, where he sold coffee and from where he was detained at 10 p.m. Sunday. He was later returned by the rebels to the area, his shirt covering his head and with his body marked from torture and beating.The men who escorted him then announced to the crowd in classical Arabic that apostasy and cursing the prophet is a “terrible vice” and that anyone who does so will face a similar fate. The SOHR reported the boy was then shot by the two men with an automatic rifle in front of the crowd – which included the boy’s mother and father — once in the neck and once in the head. The two men then drove away in their car, leaving the boy’s body behind.

An extremely graphic photo of the teen’s face, shot in the mouth and throat and covered in blood, is posted on the SOHR Facebook page. “The SOHR demands that the killers of the child be brought to justice,” said the Observatory in a statement on Facebook. “It is important to note that the Shari’a court of Aleppo has a security branch in the area but did not stop the summary execution of the boy.

Alexander Marquardt adds,

The boy’s parents confirmed the accounts in an interview posted online on Monday by the Aleppo Media Center. In it, his father stoically recounted the execution while his mother wailed.
“Why did they kill my son,” she cried. “We are not for or against anybody in this conflict, may God take revenge on them.”

The Islamists and their group have yet to be identified. Large swathes of rebel-held Aleppo are under the control of al Qaeda-linked rebel groups who have set up Sharia courts and welcomed large numbers of foreign fighters into their ranks. The United States and its allies have struggled with the question of whether to arm an extremely fragmented opposition force whose strongest elements have pledged allegiance to al Qaeda.

What is there to struggle with? You simply don’t arm these people!

Aleppo is expected to become of the focal point of Syria’s two-year civil war in the coming days as Syrian forces look to take back full control of Syria’s most populous city in a new offensive reportedly dubbed “Northern Storm.”

Are we really to believe that these people are not made from the same cloth? I believe they are.

This is the face of Islam people. It’s not pretty. As a result of this story, it is time to put all Islamists on notice here in America. If you are going to identify with Islam, then we are issuing you a warning. That warning is this: If you attempt to push a “convert or die” agenda upon us, cut off our free speech, take our arms or kill us, we will meet you with deadly force in response.
Additionally, elected officials seeking to arm these people, the enemies of our country, are traitors to America and as such should be arrested, tried and if convicted, executed. That is the law. That is what the law demands, not sharia law, but America’s laws.

Syrian Rebels Torture, Execute Teen Over Blasphemy

Syrian rebels believed to be affiliated with Al Qaeda killed a teenage boy in Aleppo this weekend for insulting the name of the Prophet Mohammed.

Fourteen-year-old Mohammed Qatta worked as a street coffee vendor. He reportedly had a disagreement with a customer and refused to serve him. As the dispute carried on, a passing black car carrying militant extremists overheard Qatta remark that he wouldn’t serve the customer, “even if [Prophet] Mohammed comes back to earth.”

Outraged at the utterance of the name, the Syrian rebels stopped the vehicle and kidnapped Qatta off the street.

Later Sunday evening the militants returned to the coffee stall with Qatta, his head covered and his body revealing deep marks from repeated whipping.

A small crowd began to gather as one of the rebels addressed the looker-ons:

“Generous citizens of Aleppo, disbelieving in God is polytheism and curing the prophet is polytheism. Whoever curses even once will be punished like this.”

The teenager’s parents were among those in the crowd and were reported to have plead with the militants. Ignoring them, the Syrian rebels proceeded to execute Qatta with two gunshots to the head. This was confirmed in a graphic photograph released later in the day.

Consumed in grief and horror from having witnessed the execution of their young son, Qatta’s father appeared stunned into silence, while his mother, wailing and grief stricken, asked, “Why did they kill my son? We are not for or against anybody in this conflict, may God take revenge on them.”

This report comes as US and European powers are actively deliberating possible solutions to ending the Syrian conflict, now in its third year.

Syrian rebels recently received US Senator John McCain who entered the country to assess the possibility of throwing US military support behind the opposition forces.

ALEPPO, Syria, June 10 (UPI) -- A teenage boy has been executed in the Syrian city of Aleppo by Islamist rebels who accused him of insulting the Prophet Muhammad.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Mohammed Qatta, 15, had reportedly refused to give coffee to a customer, telling him, "Even if Muhammad comes back to life, I won't," ABC News reported Monday.

Extremist rebels driving past overheard the comment and took him away, the Aleppo Media Center said.

When they brought him back, the teen's head was covered with his shirt and his body bore marks of whipping. Speaking to a crowd that included the boy's parents, the rebels accused the teen of blasphemy and then killed him by shooting him in the mouth and neck.

The Islamists, and the group they belong to, had not been identified.

(NEW YORK) -- A fifteen year-old boy selling coffee in the northern Syrian city of Aleppo was arrested by Islamist rebel fighters for insulting the Prophet Mohammed, beaten and then executed in front of his family, a watchdog group said on Sunday.The boy, Mohammed Qatta, reportedly refused to give a customer coffee, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported.

“Even if [Prophet] Mohammed comes back to life, I won’t,” the boy said, who was known by his nickname “Salmo.”

Extremist rebels driving past in a black car overheard the comment, the opposition's Aleppo Media Center said.

Qatta was taken away by the fighters and later brought back, his head covered with his shirt and his body covered with marks from whipping.

The rebels then read out the boy’s sentence -- not in a Syrian accent but in classical Arabic. They accused the boy of blasphemy and told the crowd -- which included the boy’s parents -- that anyone insulting the Prophet would suffer a similar fate. Qatta was then shot in the mouth and neck.

A graphic photo was released late Sunday of the dead boy clearly showing wounds that matched the reports.

A Syrian teenager has been executed by Islamist rebel fighters for blaspheming in the northern city of Aleppo, an activist group reports.

Muhammad Qatta, 15, was reportedly shot dead in front of a crowd of onlookers, including his parents, for naming the Prophet Mohammed during an argument, the UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said.

Qatta, a street vendor selling coffee in the Shaar neighbourhood, was abducted and tortured by a rebel group operating in the area, after he was heard saying: "Even if Mohammed comes back to life I won't give it as debt."

Qatta was reportedly replying to another local boy who asked him for a free coffee. The rebel fighters interpreted the sentence as blasphemy and took him away.

Hours later, the 15-year-old was reportedly brought back to the neighbourhood with his shirt covering his head. His body sported marks of torture and beating, SOHR said.

"The rebels then publicly announced that apostasy and cursing the prophet is a terrible vice and that anyone who does so will face similar fate," according to the Observatory.

"They then shot the boy twice with an automatic rifle in front of the gathered crowd, a shot in the neck and a shot in the head, and then left in their car."

A picture of Qatta's face savaged by the bullet wound was posted on SOHR's Facebook page.

The group said his executioners didn't speak the local Syrian dialect but had a classic Arabic accent.

Extremist groups such as Jabhat al-Nusra, which declared its affiliation to al-Qaida and has been designated a terrorist organisation by the US, have been fighting to overthrow the regime of Bashar al-Assad alongside secular rebel forces in the two-year conflict.

Western powers' reluctance to directly arm the rebellion has been partiallymotivated by the presence of jihadists among the various insurgent actions.

Gruesome acts of cruelty have been witnessed with increasing regularity in the war-torn country, and those perpetrated by rebel groups represent a powerful propaganda tool for the regime, which has maintained it is fighting a terrorist insurgency since the very start of the conflict.

"This kind of criminality is exactly what makes people in Syria fear the fall of the regime," SOHR director Rami Abdel Rahman told Aljazeera.

Last month an international outcry was triggered by an online video depicting a rebel commander cutting the heart out of a soldier's body and biting it.

Meanwhile it has been reported that government troops backed by Hezbollah militants are preparing a major offensive in the north of the country, aimed at retaking the city of Aleppo after the strategic success in the city of Qusayr.

(H/T Weasel Zippers) -- Nadia Umm Fuad watched her son being shot by Islamist rebels in Syria after the 14-year-old referred to the Prophet Mohammed as he joked with a customer at his coffee stall in Aleppo.

Mohammed Katta’s mother witnessed the execution of her son in three stages.

She was upstairs at home when she first heard the shouting. The people of the neighbourhood were yelling that “they have brought back the kid”, so she rushed out of her apartment.
“I went out on my balcony,” Nadia Umm Fuad said. “I said to his father, they are going to shoot your son! Come! Come! Come! I was on the stairs when I heard the first shot. I was at the door when I heard the second shot.

“I saw the third shot. I was shouting, ‘That’s haram, forbidden! Stop! Stop! You are killing a child.’ But they just gave me a dirty look and got into their car. As they went, they drove over my son’s arm, as he lay there dying.” [...]

Mohammed was working at the family’s coffee stall in the Shaar district of Aleppo when he made a fatal mistake. Pressured by a customer to hand over a coffee on promise of payment, he shouted good-humouredly: “I wouldn’t give the Prophet Mohammed credit if he came here today.” He was overheard by two men on the opposite corner. Marching over, they whisked him away in a car, ignoring his protestations of his love for the Prophet and the objections of a militiaman from the Free Syrian Army nearby. Half an hour later, they returned. According to Mohammed’s younger brother and the neighbours, he was staggering and fell to his knees, and had clearly been beaten. A bag had been placed over his head.

“I heard them say, ‘People of Aleppo and people of Shaar! Anyone who curses God is given three days to repent. Anyone who curses the Prophet is killed immediately’,” Nadia Umm Fuad said.
