    35 Fifth-Column House Members vote NAY on Pro-ICE Resolution

    See: House Passes Pro-ICE Resolution With Most Democrats Not Taking a Stance

    Jul 18, 2018

    ”The House on Wednesday adopted a resolution expressing support for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officials and rejecting calls to abolish the agency with primarily Republican support as most Democrats voted “present.” The final vote was 244-35, with 133 Democrats voting present.”

    CLICK HERE for the roll-call vote and take note of the 35 Fifth-Column members of the House who refuse to support the good work of ICE and voted NAY on the following Resolution:

    RESOLUTION

    Supporting the officers and personnel who carry out the important mission of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

    Whereas the national security interests of the United States are dependent on the brave men and women who enforce our Nation’s immigration laws;

    Whereas abolishing the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) would mean open borders because it would eliminate the agency responsible for removing people who enter or remain in our country illegally;

    Whereas calls to abolish ICE are an insult to these heroic law enforcement officers who make sacrifices every day to secure our borders, enforce our laws, and protect our safety and security;

    Whereas abolishing ICE would allow dangerous criminal aliens, including violent and ruthless members of the MS–13 gang, to remain in American communities;

    Whereas during fiscal year 2017, ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) arrested more than 127,000 aliens with criminal convictions or charges;

    Whereas criminal aliens arrested by ICE ERO in fiscal year 2017 were responsible for more than—

    (1) 76,000 dangerous drug offenses;
    (2) 48,000 assault offenses;
    (3) 11,000 weapon offenses;
    (4) 5,000 sexual assault offenses;
    (5) 2,000 kidnapping offenses; and
    (6) 1,800 homicide offenses;

    Whereas ICE Homeland Security Investigations made 4,818 gang-related arrests in fiscal year 2017;

    Whereas abolishing ICE would mean that countless illegal aliens who could pose a threat to public safety would be allowed to roam free instead of being removed from American soil;

    Whereas abolishing ICE would mean more dangerous illegal drugs flowing into our communities, causing more Americans to needlessly suffer;

    Whereas ICE plays a critical role in combatting the drug crisis facing our Nation;

    Whereas ICE seized more than 980,000 pounds of narcotics in fiscal year 2017, including thousands of pounds of the deadly drugs fueling the opioid crisis;

    Whereas ICE seized 2,370 pounds of fentanyl and 6,967 pounds of heroin in fiscal year 2017;

    Whereas ICE logged nearly 630,000 investigative hours directed toward fentanyl in fiscal year 2017;

    Whereas abolishing ICE would leave these drugs in our communities to cause more devastation;

    Whereas abolishing ICE would mean eliminating the agency that deports aliens that pose a terrorist threat to the United States;

    Whereas ICE was created in 2003 to better protect national security and public safety after 9/11 terrorists exploited immigration rules to gain entry into the United States;

    Whereas the National Commission on Terrorist Attacks found that many of the 9/11 hijackers committed visa violations;

    Whereas ICE identifies dangerous individuals before they enter our country and locates them as they violate our immigration laws; and

    Whereas abolishing ICE would enable the hundreds of thousands of foreign nationals who illegally overstay their visa each year to remain in the United States indefinitely: Now, therefore, be it
    Resolved, That the House of Representatives—

    (1) expresses its continued support for all United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers and personnel who carry out the important mission of ICE;
    (2) denounces calls for the complete abolishment of ICE; and
    (3) supports the efforts of all Federal agencies, State law enforcement, and military personnel who bring law and order to our Nation’s borders.

    Also note the 135 Democrats who were spineless, refused to take a public stand and voted "Present".

    Without a Fifth Column Media, Yellow Journalism, Hollywood, and a corrupted FBI, Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton and Barack Hussein Obama, would be making license tags in a federal penitentiary

    The 35 who voted against supporting ICE have the same endgame in mind as Fifth Column Operatives who fought to allow foreigners, including illegal entrants, to vote in San Francisco’s November election. CLICK HERE for the story.

    7/19/18

    ”The city of San Francisco this week began allowing non-citizens, including illegal immigrants, to register to vote in the November election for the city school board.”

    If any concerned American citizen does not believe the Democrat Party Leadership wants open borders and America flooded with foreigners from poverty stricken countries who they can bribe with free government cheese, they have not been paying attention to what has been happening during the past twenty five years.

    This shadow government, regardless of what name you give it, isn't so stealth. It's membership seems to include most of the Democrat party as well as some Republicans. The problem is the message. Whether media, show business or politicians, if they publish their lies, they can sway the electorate to believe President Trump is evil.

    The simple solution would be censorship. But we don't have control of the media. There is a pesky Constitution that too many claim guarantees the right to tell any lie, with impunity. I don't think that is what is means.

    The other difficult, but doable solution is a counter message of truth. When pundits refer to illegal aliens as "immigrants" interviewers and everybody else with a brain needs to immediately correct them that they are "illegal aliens". The same thing for every other lying statement made. Immediately challenge the lie and point out the truth. When they talk about President Trumps private meeting with Putin, point out the secret agreements between Obama and Iran, and others. Point out President Reagan's "private meeting" with Khrushchev where President Reagan got up and walked out. Point out the Red Phone between enemy leaders during the Cold War.

    Fortunately surveys seem to show Americans not buying the liberal talking points, like the liberal proposal to do away with ICE, which they apparently got a lot of flack for.

    None of this is secret backroom actions from some fifth column. The problems is they have contaminated the top echelons of our governments. The attempt to clean the swamp seems to be working, but I want immediate action and prosecution for the crimes these crooks have committed! No one should be above the law!

    There two problems. One is the "intel" community that has been lying to the Congress, the President and the American People for decades. I know this, Trump knows this, and a lot of Americans know this. The "intel" community is the reason for every lost liberty in our country and every foreign war/conflict we've fought since Korea. The second problem is revenge for what started with Watergate. Democrats went after Nixon. In return, Republicans went after Clinton. In return, Democrats are going after Trump.

    Trump can prevail over both problems, and I think he will. It would help a lot if all Republicans would stand by our President, most are and will but there are some who aren't and won't, and they're the ones who clutter the news and unfortunately cloud the issues for many Americans.

    Are illegal entrants or foreign nationals allowed to vote in California elections?

    No. The solution is enforcing the rule of law!

    Keep in mind the CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION makes it perfectly clear who “may vote”.

    ARTICLE 2 VOTING, INITIATIVE AND REFERENDUM, AND RECALL

    SEC. 2. A United States citizen 18 years of age and resident in
    this State may vote.

    Also note that Title 8, U.S.C. § 1324 makes harboring illegal entrants a criminal offense.

    That's idealistic! When those heads charged with enforcing the laws are people like Brennan, Clapper, Comey, Kirsten Nelson, and the like, who want to break the laws, that is not a simple solution. President Trump can try. But we have seen time after time, liberal courts blocking his attempts to enforce the laws.

    So who are you going to get to enforce it? Attorney General Xavier Becerra? He endorses sanctuary cities!

    So some California citizens would have to take the state to federal court, The federal government doesn't have standing to do that!
