    69% Believe Illegal Immigrants Should Be Prosecuted

    69% Believe Illegal Immigrants Should Be Prosecuted

    [size=134]"A New York Times/CBS News poll released [on May 24] found that 69% of American adults believe illegal immigrants should “be prosecuted and deported for being in the U.S. illegally.â€
    One man's terrorist is another man's undocumented worker.

    Unless we enforce laws against illegal aliens today,
    tomorrow WE may wake up as illegals.

    The last word: illegal aliens are ILLEGAL!

    so.... you guys do the math

    And if they crossed the border more than once, then the fine only pays for the one time,
    then they fail the test again.

    Hmm... we need to look into what they say is a crime for these people. Is a ticket a crime; is renting an apartment while here illegally a crime; J walking is a crime;
    but what fails the test?

    Grega, a misdemeanor, e.g., jaywalking, is sometimes not considered "a crime."

    First offense illegal entry is only a misdemeanor, but it causes the illegal alien to be fingerprinted and entered into the ICE database.

    After the first offense, illegal entry becomes a FELONY, which means a CRIME by anyone's definition.

    It appears they can get away with anything so according to our government its only a crime if citizens are doing it. I mean geeez if you can get picked up 9 times for drunk driving and driving with out license or insurance, and never go to jail unless you are a citizen what does that say!! I guess according to our government these people are above the law!
