"A Glendale elementary school principal has admitted to telling a 9-year old boy that it is OK to have racist feelings as long as you keep them to yourself.
“As we said to (the boy) when he was in here, in your heart you may have that feeling, and that is OK if that is your personal belief,â€"We call things racism just to get attention. If you read the entire article, there isn't even any "proof" that he said it-----except for the word of the parent of the other child-----(the Latino parent).

Ths bill was to protect the real haters . Haters of good morals and values .
We already have hate crimes aaginst racist,bigots ,it's called civil law !
Hate crime laws will be a handy little rule when marchal law comes into play .
These laws were made to protect diversity, multiculturalism, perversions , atheist, religious radicals and anything that resembles American values, culture or faith .

First off, I believe the people in question wanted to be called 'the brown race'. I always thought they were white but brown is a good color. Next, I'd say we are free to dislike or hate and why would that be a crime. Is the government now God to punish us for hate? Leave nine year children to be children for griefs sake! These squabbling turkeys will have something else to pacify their dissatisfaction with life when they hear the battle calls going through their towns and cities from the 'locusts' that are coming.
We are NOT a nation of immigrants!

Hate Crime ? I hope everyone goes to the site and reads the whole story as there is alot more to this.
It seems the parent of the "Brown Child" said the accused used the term "Brown".The little boy denies it,yet he was made to stand before his class and admit he used the words "Brown People" ????????????
