    900 LEO's to arrest 42 perps . . .

    That's 21 LEO's per perp! . . .

    And the still managed to only get 19.

    Better to have too many than not enough. These vermin have already killed two police officers. I would have taken 1,200 and arrested everyone in sight. Dad wanted me to be cop
