How many American woman in passing Mexican National men have had them opening leer and insult woman in Spanish.
I have witnessed this happening to women here in this little dinky town I live by. And these are GROWN MEN doing it. The migrant workers they hire around here.

And they have done it to my daughter when I was with her a couple times. Not just here but years ago when I took them to Arizona. Vulgar people and not just necassarily the Spanish but their actions. You can not help but know what they are thinking.

Most of your signs and the letterring on all merchandise written in Spanish is from parts of the agreement in the NAFTA Bill. Thing is ,guess who is PAYING for that? It is not like it is done for free or without a cost to it.

I do not doubt that the sort of things that you describe happen sometimes but more often people speaking Spanish near you are not doing so to say something against you.
Here in California it happens more often then you think. I have many hispanics friends that also find it offensive. They refer to them as "ignorant Nationals".

What a lot of these Nationals do not understand is that there are a lot of Californians that understand Spanish. We may not be able to speak it, but we do understand it. As a child I was required to take it in school from 1st to 6th grade.

    ENGLISH

Richard is a prime example of Latinos and English language defiance sympathizers.

This defiance is not new. 100 years ago it was the Germans who tried to hijack English. Today it is the Latinos. 100 years from now it might be the Chinese.

For Hispanics, becoming proficient in the English language is the fastest way to rise above lower level existance, for that matter it is any foreigner's gateway to prosperity and a better life in this country. I question his claim of knowing people who are descended from pre the Revolutionary War period living in the country and Spanish is their first language. That is admitting to illiteracy. My husband is descended from Spanish speaking native Americans. He speaks, English, Spanish, Japanese, and Italian....but unlike Richard he is disgusted with the laziness of of legal Latinos. Even though my husband is Italian and native American, he looks Spanish, and often is automatically approached in Spanish. He answers in English......then he further he responds in Spanish (I suppose not to embarrass them) and asks them if they speak English. Believe it or not, most of them do and like it or not, they get a lecture from him reminding them they are in America, English is the accepted way to communicate and start speaking it unless necessary to do otherwise. Educated, cultured Latinos interact and function with a sense of what is normal acceptable behavior. Drones will always be drones. Leaches will always be leaches.....and people who won't leave their language, flags and ethinic allegiance behind need to leave this soil.

Hey, it's the AARP we should be fighting against - not each other.

Everyone I know quit the AARP long ago, because all they do is use the money given to them for their own political gain.

Back around 2005 AARP named the "humanitarian" Harry Belafonte as an honoree of their annual Impact Awards.
Maybe he was/is a "humanitarian". But he is a Lunatic and Traitor first.
I terminated my membership back then.
