    I think I found out why they keep changing the 1996 Immigration Act. I talked to somebody today who knows somebody in D.C., and this person knows everything that's going on in Congress when it comes to immigration matters. This person said that Congress has been slipping little changes into unrelated bills a few at a time so they are not noticed by the People. Sneaky, huh? But wouldn't you think Lamar Smith with know that's going on? We need to investigate this further before they slip amnesty into one of their monstrous bills without anyone noticing.

    This seems to have become standard operating procedure. The changes are so heinous they must be hidden from the people. Very discouraging.
