I'm starting with the Dem Senators of Utah. So far I am just getting voice mails, which is kinda good too, coz I just state my name and name whatever city they represent (heheheheh).

Anyhoo, I did call one Rep, Sen. Hickman, and got a live staff person. He said the Senator is more invovled with SB 81. He said it is a more comprehensive bill re: Illegal Immigration.

I checked the Utah site today, and it looks like the senate discussed it today - second reading. I don't know what this bill is. I can't understand the text, there are lines that are scratched out, but it is hard to understand because the language is double negatives. I'm not that smart. Hehehe. But it must be anti-II coz 4 Repubs voted for it and 2 Dems against on 2/8/08.

Maybe this is something we can focus on next week?
