I want to find a good site that explains this in understandable terms.

I just found this link on the site you posted that has a lot of other links that explain this thing.

Now I see why this government is not doing anything about our borders and why they are destroying our constitution! It does not fit with the UN Agenda 21!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We are in trouble guys!!!!!!!!!! I see the average people becoming slaves to the globalist elites!!!!!!!!!!! Not just Americans, ALL people of the world!
