The next time you hear about how Bush stole the election in 2000 ask the complainer how it was that Al Gore could NOT even win his home state of Tennessee. I don't think John Edwards was able to deliver North Carolina for John Kerry either.

Heck even Walter Mondale won his home state when wiped out by Reagan in 84 and I think George McGovern won his own state of SD in 72 when Nixon won by landslide? Could be wrong about McGovern?
