The Dorgan Amendment passed 77-24 denying funds for the Mexican trucks. He didn't seem happy though and I'm wondering if I missed something. Maybe because Cornyn's amendment is being voted on right now which allows the trucks but with stricter enforcement. I think if passe it would bump Dorgan's amendment.
