    ALIPAC Activist research request

    ALIPAC Activist research request.

Please help us get the following info regarding the NC State Board of Elections refusal to provide the requested data on illegal voters to the feds.

    1. Which 44 counties received data requests?
    2. Exactly what information "Specific language" was in in those federal requests?

Time is of the essence, please assist us with this info if you can find it.

    Counties subpoenaed

In subpoenas dated Aug. 31, the U.S. Department of Justice demanded five years of voter data from 44 county election boards, as well as an eight-year request for the State Board of Elections and Ethics Enforcement. The counties, which include Wake, make up the eastern part of the state with high concentrations of minority voters.

Wake's subpoena asked for: "Any and all poll books, e-poll books, voting records, and/or voter authorization documents, and executed official ballots (including absentee official ballots), that were submitted to, filed by, received by, and/or maintained by the Wake County board of Elections from August 30, 2013, through August 30, 2018."
The State Board subpoena goes back further, seeking voter registrations and other documents back to 2010.
