ALIPAC Asks Governor Brewer to Take Immigration Fight to Sup
Yesterday, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals delivered a big win to illegal aliens in America by siding with the lower court blocking Arizona's new immigration law SB 1070 from going into effect.
Court Rules Against Arizona Immigration Law
http://www.alipac.us/article6225.html
Why would any court stop a state from mirroring the existing federal laws?
Arizona Governor Jan Brewer was on Fox News last night saying she is a fighter and that Arizona is suffering the brunt of this invasion. She said that today she will meet with her staff to decide what to do next.
Please help us encourage Arizona Governor Jan Brewer to fight this battle all the way to the Supreme Court!
TAKE ACTION NOW
1. Call Governor Brewer's main offices at 1-(800) 253-0883 or (602) 542-4331 to say, "I'm calling to ask Governor Brewer to fight for SB 1070 all the way to the Supreme Court. We need Arizona to stand up for all of the other states trying to fight back against illegal immigration too. Take it to the Supreme Court!"
2. Consider a donation to Arizona's legal defense fund. This fund has received millions in donations from concerned Americans. Let's all do our part to help fund these expensive court battles by visiting and donating via www.AZsafe.com
(Note: While ALIPAC never shares your contributor information, we do not know the policies of AZsafe.com We only know that Governor Brewer was publicly asking for assistance at this web address on Fox News last night)
Thanks to your generous support, ALIPAC will send out a national press release later today about our calls and efforts to support Arizona's SB 1070 and to encourage Brewer to take it all the way to the Supreme Court.
Thank you for your hard work and sacrifices in defense of our nation.

She'll take it all the way without any encouragement, she's mostly sick of the AZ ranchers having to put up with the crap they put up with from illegals. I am not surprised by this ruling, this court made damn sure that any and all judges that were considered for this case were either foreigners or anchors. I pretty much already knew they were gonna have to take it all the way. Heres hoping the the supreme court does not make damn sure that this case is assigned to Sotomejer.
