ALIPAC UPDATE: We launch in the morning.

    Friends,

    Just a quick update.

We are withing $5,000 of our 30k fund raising goals for the call project and the contributions are still coming in.

We are putting together the final details that we need for our 1 million plus calls on Weds and Thurs to reinforce your efforts.

We hope this will also bring more supporters here to ALIPAC from the targeted states.

Tomorrow the Senate is scheduled to reopen debate and while we are not 100% certain when the cloture vote will take place, we expect them to try and rush this.

They are aware that each day things get tougher for them.

We need everyone checking in as early as possible tomorrow, Wed., and we all need to work hard to make sure we rock hard on these efforts tomorrow.

ALIPACers, you are leading the charge and in the center of this fight.

The nation is counting on you.

    Breathtaking news...

I sent my check in over the weekend as the internet said it wasn't secure at the time.

I can't wait to see what happens.

Are we sure they're taking up the shamnesty debate tomorrow? I thought the Energy bill was supposed to take up the rest of the week.

MW, I believe you are right, but I wouldn't put it passed these jokers to piggy back some of this crap amnesty legislation in the energy bill.

Good, let's go! I've been reading that open borders group such as the
"Virginia Coalition for Comprehensive Immigration Reform" have also been calling senators offices (such as Sen. Webb), so let's make sure our calls outnumber theirs! We are the true grass-roots group!

I'll post the full story from The Hill, but don't forget to include these three senators in your calls, faxes etc.:

Three centrists whose razor-thin election victories in November tipped control of the Senate to the Democrats now hold potentially decisive swing votes on the immigration measure the chamber will try to revive later this week.
