Thread: Altar, Mexico - Staging town for mass illegal immigration

Why hasn’t the US government used all their power to shut this town and operation down? I find it hard to believe that this has been going on for years and our government has done nothing to stop it. We know the Mexican government is doing all they can to assist these illegal invaders, but for our government to do nothing is sickening. How come Janet Nappy isn’t all over this? Does anyone here know anything more about this place?

Mexican authorities offer advice

The Mexican government knows of Altar’s role as an illegal immigration staging area. Workers from Mexico’s Department of Interior regularly staff a checkpoint between Altar and the border town of Sasabe.

In the afternoon, as van after van of migrants approach the border for the preferred nighttime departure, government workers stop the vehicles. But they don’t turn away migrants. Instead, they lecture them on how to cross safely.

Both the government workers and the relief organizations here, which help migrants, insist they are not encouraging people to break the law. They defend their practices saying they provide life-saving advice to people already intent on crossing.

There are quite a few towns like this near the border. The people of these towns make a business of it. They shuttle these border crossers to the border and even sell them American apparel so they can "blend in."

They lost the women's vote because they're husbands and sons and grandson's have lost their jobs to illegals.
The Black's are bailing by the thousands each day because of their pandering of illegals over Americans.
All they can do now is allow as many illegals as they can in here and then grant Amnesty! They were not expecting to lose the House!
